Ok. This is easily the smoothest ice-cream in the city. Maybe in the state. Maybe in the nation. Maybe the world. I can NOT fathom smoother ice-cream. This place is AMAZING . It tastes fantastic, there are many options (dairy free or vegan even). The prices are reasonable considering that it is made using liquid nitrogen.Its fun for kids, its pleasant for adults. Definitely fantastic ice-cream. Go here. Try it. Love it.

Their menu is vast, but if you have diatery restrictions youll scratch your head. Gluten free stuff is not GF. Vegan stuff has a milk base. So, verify while you order. I had a coconut vanilla Oreo and it was amazing.

If you havent tried ice cream from Chill-N Nitrogen, its a must! Some of best ice cream I have ever had. I would personally recommend the Nutella with Krispy Kreme 🔥! Dont mind the line, it moves quick plus youll be distracted by the nitrogen creation station in front of you.

This is one of my favorite ice cream spots. You can find a lot of Miami locals here. The nitrogen concept is unique to its own. People come here because they know that they will get what they pay for; that is good quality ice cream. The atmosphere is trendy with a great staff and upbeat music. Give it a taste, you won’t regret it!

Holly Molly!! I have never had nitrogen ice cream before..., so smooth and flavorful. We also tried the non-fat frozen yogurt it’s equally smooth (chocolate flavor: mm-mmm-m!). From what I learned, the nitrogen allows for a much faster cooling of the cream creating a super smooth texture, rather than the feel of crushed ice.

I went in today and asked if it was possible to get a small ice cream based, chocolate and vanilla combo and the employee at the register answered yes. I followed up with asking if they had any kind of chocolate syrup that was the hardening kind, even explaining that it gets hard after feeling the cold of the ice cream and the employee again answered an enthusiastic yes! I was surprised but went along with it as he rang me up, and waited the couple of minutes it took since there were a couple orders ahead. When I get my ice cream, it looks like a plain chocolate ice cream so I check the side ticket and thats exactly what it is. I ask the two employees who wee behind the counter about the things I had asked and they told me that they didnt have anything like that.... I answered why would the employee beforehand (who had gone to the side of the store at this time) tell me that they did offer these additions. I paid almost $6 for a plain chocolate ice cream that was already melting when handed to me. Awesome service.

Ice cream is always good, and the staff is friendly. I would have liked for them to keep the number of people inside the small place down with everything going on. Also, it seemed as if all of the delivery orders really slowed down the wait time as well which made the process way longer than it would have been. Overall good, but would probably try to go at a slower time, atleast for now.Update: Was in the area and decided to give them another time. Ended up going a little later (around 10) and had a much better experience. No line of delivery orders and the place was almost empty. I did want to add that it looks like they have created a new system with a tv in the window to show what orders are ready or still being worked on to keep the crowd outside. I didnt get to see how well it worked because it was much slower, but happy to see they are trying it out. Again, ice cream and staff were great so would recommend

My daughter and I have been there a few times, so we decided to take my mother. She ordered the pistachio without adding anything into it, my daughter ordered a vanilla with honey and caramel, and I ordered a chocolate ice cream with almonds and waffle cone mixed in. All of us loved our selections. The ice cream here is so creamy and delicious! The pistachio is a seasonal flavor and was really tasted like the pistachio ice cream that I have had in Europe minus the pistachio nuts.There was along line last night, but the wait was not too long to get our ice cream. We loved watching the ice cream getting made with the nitrogen from liquid to the deliciousness that we ate. Customer service is always exceptional.

Great ice cream and frozen yogurt! The combinations are almost endless and they make your creation right in front of you. I loved that they put real ingredients and mix-ins to make your custom dessert (versus other nitrogen ice cream places Ive been to that only use flavor syrups). Service is fast and friendly but it can get a bit busy in the evenings.If you havent tried the creamy deliciousness of ice cream made with liquid nitrogen, Chill-N is a great place to do it. You wont be disappointed!

Good ice cream! Super smooth. My kids love the liquid nitrogen that sprays everywhere! Great location for families and kids. If you are visiting the area it is worth stopping by especially if you are from out of town. You can add your choice of topping which get mixed into your base flavor. You can even take home and they will super freeze it in extra liquid nitrogen so it stays solid until you get home. Staff are super nice as well!

Great ice cream but its expensive. I paid for 60 cents for caramel, and when I got a tiny drizzle I asked for more because it was almost nothing, I was told I have to pay to get more. I used to come and this was never the case. Maybe the owner changed, but now its a total rip off. Dont recommend.

Update: now there are THREE non-dairy bases!! Coconut, almond, or oat milk!!! Whoever made that decision -- THANK YOU!! Allows for much better flavor combinations since coconut was sometimes too strong for certain flavorings.Design your own ice cream (base flavor and add-ins) so the possibilities are endless. The non-dairy base is actually really good (thank goodness!) and since you can add flavors and toppings, you are not limited to the typical one or two non-dairy options. Love it!

In a word...awesome. the process is cool to watch, the variety of flavors and toppings is huge and the ice cream is some of the best Ive ever had. Every bite has some of your chosen topping in it. My sister told me about this place and now I feel like we need to go all the time. The employees are friendly and they play great music inside. All around awesome deal.

Delicious ice cream in a great location right by the park, but the space is so small sometimes the wait can take ages. If you go at peak times, expect to spend at least thirty minutes waiting, but the ice cream is worth it!

The wait can be long, but it is worth it to experience the smooth creaminess of liquid nitrogen frozen ice cream. They have frozen yogurt too. Only thing I missed in July was the Apple ice cream. The chocolate and pistachio flavors are good, so we suffered with those instead.

I have had ice cream here on four different occasions and I am lead to believe that the fancy nitrogen in the air makes the taste completely psychological. I cannot taste the difference between Cold Stone and Chill-N. Cool atmosphere, nice staff members, ultimately good ice cream but over priced. You can get the same ice cream cheaper at Cold Stone. Will I ever go back? Maybe... only if I have a coupon.

This place is all about the experience. With Nitrogen piping all around the place and clouds of Nitrogen vapor everywhere the kids enjoyed picking their flavors and watching it mix in the bowl.The ice-cream is quite tasty.

One of the more unique and tasty experiences in Miami! They take science and turn it into delicious fun. The ice cream here is so smooth and perfect. You choose a base, ice cream or frozen yogurt. Then, you choose whatever youd like to have mixed into your concoction. They even have Krispy Kreme glazed donuts as an option. Then, you get to watch them flash freeze your ice cream, with the cool vapor effects and all. Not only is it a cool display of creating ice cream, but its also as good as it looks. Actually, its a lot better. This place is seriously just too cool. It is a bit hard to find as it is tucked in a plaza, but once you find it, theres a fair bit of parking available. Only downside is the lack of indoor seating. Otherwise, this place is amazing.

Omg, Im not a big fan of ice cream, but this place... I come here atleast once a week after school. Its amazing. Make sure to try the nutella one plain with no toppings. Also regular cup to large is just 5 cents.
