Erwin deserves kudos for being an exceptionally hard-working, really efficient, incredibly helpful individual. I have been to this store on a number of occasions and have, on a few such occasions, had what was a very time-consuming task that required lots of specialization. Erwin went well out of his way to help me and to make certain that these projects got done to my complete satisfaction and he did so with a smile on his face. What a superb individual! He makes the entire company look GREAT!!!

I would like to commend Pinecrest FedEx store manager ERWIN for his incredible work ethic! Not only is there a raging pandemic, but this particular store has been undergoing a major renovation for the last few months. By renovation Im not talking about adding an end-cap of Post-it-Notes, Im talking about trying to give excellent service in 1/10th of their former square footage.Through it all, Erwin has maintained a patient attitude that would put a saint to shame. Everyone who comes in is treated to not only his incredible knowledge of his job, and fast, friendly service, but he does it with kindness, respect, and his delightful sense of humor; I know this because Ive been holed up for four hours every day at the computers.A few days ago I saw him patiently help a young middle school girl use the copier forthe first time by having her do it HERSELF, so she would remember HOW to do it. And true to form, he also helped me, a very non-techy senior, when I was all set to FAX 20 pages for $50, by casually suggesting I SCAN it all at the copier instead, and then E-MAIL it, which saved me a whopping $41! Now that is truly EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Very rude and unhelpful staff. I usually never leave bad reviews, but I felt inclined to comment on the poor customer service this location had. When I asked the gentleman behind the counter for help regarding one of my labels, he responded with I dont know, you tell me and proceeded to talk to me with an attitude. FedEx should be aware of how their employees treat customers, especially when it was clear I was confused about my package.

Please have your agents male and female ( fake they care ) and have those who smoke please chew some gum or rinse or spray before they get too close even with a mask on . A Headache and heatlh challenge due to the smell from cloths from someone on duty I have never experienced before but got it here. she was inside for a while before I got up in the line and she was on the floor way before I joined line. So she had that cig a while prior .

Employee: HarveyVery disappointed in the rude behavior experienced from Harvey. Everyone was standing in a line 6 feet apart and he jumped up to ask if I was picking up or dropping off where I mentioned I was picking up. He asked me to stand in line for further assistance so I remained in line. I then heard him say “or don’t stand in line whatever I don’t care”. I approached him and asked where to stand and he directed me to the other side of a cardboard cut out which is when myself alongside 3 others moved over. The customer service was just appalling for a FedEx and even the nurse standing behind explained what a cluster it always is when she goes there. The woman who assisted me at the front desk wished me a happy thanksgiving so I appreciate her but not Harvey. His tone was just very demeaning and insulting.Assistant manager Jennifer needs to do a better job. I will be informing corporate of this behavior because we should all be supporting each other throughout these times, not trying to pick an argument.

The attitude and negativity are unnecessary.Harvey (employed since 2015) seems to have had a bad day and just wanted to be rude. Why couldn’t I see the box be closed and finished in front of me.The packaging has to be a specific way and if not it could cost me my job.

There was a long line as expected at 5pm but I got in line because I needed to drop off a package. One of the workers saw that I was dropping off and took the package for me and gave me a receipt. Took me a few minutes. What a great experience with friendly service.

Recently, I mailed my official transcripts from my college course to the Florida Department of Education so I could renew my teaching certificate. These are extremely time sensitive documents, so I paid around $30.00 to have them sent by express and requested a signature. When I tried to track them via the FedEx system a few days later, I received a recording that said they could not provide me any information. I spent a lot of time trying to track my transcripts down with little or no support from FedEx (in fact, most of the time, the people who answered the phones...when I could actually speak to a live person...gave me incorrect information. Eventually, my transcripts were declared by FedEx “lost”, but I was invited to submit a claim for a refund. That took even more time, compounded by the misinformation I received from FedEx employees. I finally received a letter today notifying me that the Claims Center in Salt Lake City was not the right place to receive my refund, and the letter gave me a toll free number to call to request my refund. When I called that number, the employee who answered said that FedEx suspended its “Money-Back Guarantee” several months ago due to COVID-19. So not only did FedEx lose my documents, they sent me on a wild goose chase for a refund that doesn’t even exist...wasting more of my time and energy.P.S. I requested another transcript and sent it via USPS, for less money, and it arrived before the promised time.

Horrible experience. Tried mailing out a package for my dad, he wasn’t able to go in due to the pandemic and they were unwilling to work with us, including JENNIFER, who is the assistant manager and claimed to be the manager. When I asked if there was anyone above her, she said no. I asked if she’s the owner of the store, she said yes. In order for him to mail out his package with his employee discount, they said he had to be there physically, despite us offering to show a badge, him go on FaceTime, or anything else. These people have ZERO customer service skills or consideration for this extremely unique situation we’re all dealing with with this virus. They’d rather risk everyone in the store than to just send out my dads package with his employee discount. Never returning here again. I’d rather pay the difference shipping out with any other company. When my husband was leaving, she had to have the last word and said that no other store is going to help us. I have other FedEx locations closer to my house but I go out of my way to go to this one. They have always been good with me. I come here every now and then to get laminations done for movie posters in my collection. They always come out great and the employees are fantastic. Shardaey and Jen are almost always the people who assist me and they are excellent. Very careful with my things and very helpful when I ask questions. I have 3 stores that are substantially closer to my house but I go out of my way to go to this one because of how great they are.

FedEx office never disappoints. Specially compared to other corporate printing shops. It’s the only place where staff is knowledgeable on printing and alternative solutions. That still applies to this location. I came in to print 150 invitations for a formal event and one of the supervisors for big print media helped me. Not only was she courteous and joyful but she took on my project and gave it importance as if it were her own. She advised on paper and sizing. And had it all done within an hour. I forgot her name but she was great. Even her co worker jumped in to give friendly feedback. I’m not from the area but honestly I don’t mind detouring just for his kind of service.My invitations were a hit btw.

After spending around 40 minutes at USPS earlier, I was dreading to come here, but I was pleasantly surprised when there was only one person ahead of me. Then as soon as I walked up to the counter someone came out of the back to greet me and took my package. The whole process was less than 30 seconds. It was wonderful! No waiting!

Just had the worst experience at a FedEx Office... Went to drop a couple of boxes for shipping, stood in front of the counter for about 15 minutes while 4 employees where walking around not even acknowledging us. One of them was with a customer who was just printing some stuff and she could have just left the printer to do it’s work and come to us. Another employee was on the phone, hung up, looked at us and kept walking. Another employee was with a customer for a couple of minutes and then disappeared to the back of the store, and the fourth employee looked at us, didn’t even greet us and also disappeared to the back. None of them even came to us to tell us “We’ll be with you in a minute”. We simply had to leave. Worst customer service ever!

THE WORST!!!!!!!!! RUDE STAFF!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!! The first time I went I was printing a brochure for a family funeral and the guy said oh its this a gift... LIKE ARE YOU CRAZY.... second time, HARVEY at the front was RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE. Totally disgusting and the service sucks ... they are always under staffed but that is NO EXCUSE for being RUDE to your customers. WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK.... and I have never been so dissatisfied with a company to take time to write something. STAY AWAY, go to the location in CORAL GABLES... or UPS! :)

Very helpful staff - dont know why other poster said they werent. My only problem is that parking there is a disaster - the lot is always full. And dont think you can park for a few seconds in the handicap spot to unload your packages - theres a Pinecrest cop in waiting who will snare you. You might have to carry your package a distance to get to the front door. So I go elsewhere when I ship FedEx.

Ridiculous they only have one person behind the counter managing both fedex and print. She’s very nice and attentive but so sad fedex can’t place more employees. Shame on you fedex. The only reason you get two stars is because the only employee here is very good.

The supervisor in the 8603 S Dixie HWY miami fl 33143,her name is Evelyn Garcia,she doesnt know how to print a document,and do not return the USB after she prints a document; she was sending me to another fedex to print my documents because she do not knew how to do it,however,at the end she printed it because she saw me mad,but do not returned my USB .My suggestion is that you guys should hire someone that really knows at least the basic stuff,or that at least returns the USBs at the end of any printing service.

Tried to ship to Norway and they didnt help me at all. Outright to call fedex customer service even while standing in a fedex. Had to educate myself on Norway addresses and when I figured it out the manager admitted they knew but wouldnt tell me because they didnt want to be wrong. So much for shipping expert customer assistance.
