I just received my order I placed at the beginning of the year. It was delayed due to COVID but you cant help that. They kept me up to date and Ive since purchased more for our new home. I highly recommend.

I purchased a Somerset Bay sofa table from Cottage Chic in early 2020. The table was late on delivering so I checked with the store. They personally delivered the sofa table to me that week. I have since placed another order with them for a console. It will take awhile to receive it, but the style and quality are worth it. Years ago, I ordered custom pine furniture from them: two round tables and one dining table. All were delivered within the promised timeline.

I just received my new sectional from Cottage Chic. It’s so beautiful! I’m absolutely over the moon about it. I sent my room measurements over to Michael and they helped me figure out the exact size I needed for my room. They even showed me what it would look like in my room. I can’t wait to buy my throw and pillows now that it’s here. Thank you again Cottage Chic! You have made my life so much better from this beautiful sofa.

I have the most amazing velvet satin throw from this store. I have washed and dried it 20 times and it just keeps getting better. I also have the satin pillowcases. I would recommend those to everyone. You must go in this beautiful store and see the most lovely things. It’s such a happy place.

I ordered a very expensive piece of furniture from Michael at Cottage Chic. The piece was available locally but I chose to go through Cottage Chic because Michael offered me a better price than I could get locally. The delivery date was delayed and delayed again. I began to wonder if Id been taken advantage of. Then, I read the online reviews saying this business is a scam. I totally panicked. I called and Michael assured me my item was at the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer to double check and they confirmed it was there and awaiting pick up. Michael was telling the truth. Today I received my item. Yes, it was 4 months after I was initially told I would receive the item, BUT this business is not a scam. If you are ordering furniture from overseas, be prepared to be patient and wait.

I’m giving Cottage Chic a 5 star rating based on the amazing sheets I just purchased there.The store was a cheerful place to shop. I so appreciate the time the sales representative /designer spent with us. We had colorwe were hoping to match on our headboard.It was a very Personable experience!

I have been searching for a high quality bedding line for the last two years. I spent some time researching online different high end brands and feel completely in love with the look of Bella Notte. I spoke to Michael, he helped me put a beautiful bed design together. I received all the samples the next day! I had to see them with the lighting in my room and did make a few adjustments. My bedding arrived yesterday and I’m overwhelmed just how beautiful it is! Thank you Cottage Chic for outstanding customer service. I now have the bed of my dreams!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with James at Cottage Chic. I was effected in the hurricane and needed new dining table and chairs for my Willmington, NC home. I wanted to get new bedding especially for my wifes birthday. I dont have a clue about bedding so after numerous calls to Samantha i managed to get the perfect (my wifes words) bed. Every time i called they were always happy to answer my calls and they kept me informed on how my bedding was coming along. Easily worth the money, amazing bedding and customer service!

Why didnt I read the google reviews first?!?! This place is a total scam. I ordered online two months ago for a simple duvet cover. Nothing custom, nothing difficult. A duvet cover. They charged immediately. Its been two months and nothing has shipped. 4 emails, 4 phone calls checking on the status and no response. This place is NOT LEGIT. It is a scam. Do not order from them. Do not do business here. Look back at the other reviews...the 5 STARS are clearly fake.

Never in my life have I been treated like this by a merchant. Their return policy was not clearly stated on their mobile website and now they are trying to keep my money $1955.30 and the products that I returned to them. When I spoke to someone on the phone it was a man and told them that their return policy was not clearly stated until the item was already delivered. I told him I was going to return the items to them and he said he was going to “refuse the package.” I have never had a company never answer the phone for me, Hang up on a police officer who try to call them in reference to my items that they have in their possession along with my money. Now I am in Aberdeen North Carolina within a consumers affair attorney to get my money back because I am not letting this company get away with ripping me off and stealing from me. It’s not the American way. I will make sure that everyone knows what the owner of this company is capable of. I’m willing to go the absolute full distance and if that means court. I don’t mind. It helps that I’m an attorney.

I love this store!! My mom has been a long time customer of Cottage Chic and even got one of the designers to help me with my new house in Raleigh... I am obsessed. I wish I could have everything in the store. We have started with my living room and its coming along beautifully. Kelly even helped me pick out the perfect wall color for my space... Granted things did take a little time to get here, but everything was custom so I didnt mind waiting! Now that my sofa and armoire are in the space I couldnt be happier... my room looks so chic and perfect. I cant wait to do my bedroom! love love love

I will go no other place for Bella Notte linens. These people know their stuff. I needed to do three bedrooms in a super hurry.I had my daughters new husbands family coming into town. I snapped shots of every room and Michele sent me back numerous options ALL in stock. I ended up spending close to 10k. Yikes! But everything arrived asap and the rooms are beautiful. The madera lux sheets are NOT to be missed. And the throws of course. That’s what sent me over budget.Your the best! Thanks again!!

This place has to be a scam. Ordered and prepaid for an item in April, shortly after the order was placed and the card was run was told the item was discontinued and that a full refund would be issued. Were here today in July (after nearly 2 dozen voicemails and e-mails) with no refund or even a response from them. They never pick up the phone, return voicemails or return e-mails. Terrible customer service would be a compliment, seeing as they appear to have None.

Do not under any circumstances order anything from this store online. I’m not even sure they are a legitimate business. Just like the review above, they took my money ($1500) and they never sent me the product I ordered. The owner is nasty, unfriendly and quite possible offered the worst customer service ever. This store is dishonest, misleading and not legit.
