Best sleep I have ever had!!! New mattresses were delivered by professionals in a timely manor with no issues. Beds were in great condition when they arrived. Even mattress firms website helped me choose the right mattress for me thank you.

Honest Review: Jery with the 1R and Mark are the boys. They hook you up with the best prices in the area and are willing to dig deep to find what your looking for and stay within budget. I didn’t feel like I was being sold on, instead I felt like they really cared about what was best for me. The customer service we received throughout the few days working with them has been fantastic. Also got next day delivery!!! If you want an enjoyable experience I don’t recommend any other dynamic duo!

My roommate and I each needed a bed, we knew exactly what we wanted, we just needed help figuring out the details - cost, bundle deals, financing, etc. I actually spoke to more than one rep at more than one location in the area, because I wanted to find who I felt would give us the best experience. Jery delivered and was absolutely the best - no competition. He listened to our wants and needs and didnt stray from that like others did. The whole experience felt more like sitting with a friend who just wanted to make sure we got everything we needed, while others just made us feel like a sale to be made without genuine interest in our criteria. This was our first time purchasing a mattress for our new apartment. We’ve been sleeping on an air mattress for 5 months... I can not say enough about how helpful, informative and patient Jerry was! He really took his time to help us find our perfect fit. My boyfriend was hesitant about memory foam but after learning about how helpful it will be for his back, we decided it was our fit. Jerry priced match our mattress to the one we had previously ordered online and did everything he could for us. We couldn’t fit it in my car so he offered to drive it to us in his own car... AMAZING.... 15 minutes out of the way !! I can’t believe how amazing he is. So grateful for this experience!

Taylor was my sales associate and she went above and beyond explaining in detail all my different options... from bases to soft spring beds to the purple cushions and pillows also offered. Great experience in store. Delivery was set for a Thursday, Joe called because the delivery trucks to his store were running late and asked if I could accommodate a reschedule to first thing the following day. Unfortunately I could not. Joe was able to go above and beyond to help make the delivery happen on Thursday! I love my new bed and two adjustable bases!!!! I am still waiting for my purple pillow ordered but that comes through the mail and through purple. I will 100% return and will recommend.

Great prices on mattresses. The Lady that was working Wednesday April. 10th mid morning is very helpful.... I was looking for a new mattress, which Im coming back for it... Great price for it.. I bought a body pillow, which it was on sale, slept with it last night, the pillow was so comfortable I slept all night.......... without tossing and turning like I usually do. The pillow is way too awesome...

I had gone into two other stores before I went here and both stores didnt have a single soul who greeted us or made an appearance the entire time. I decided to go into mattressfirm and I do not regret it. John was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped us find a mattress within our comfort level and price range. He helped us out exceedingly and that is why I am giving this review 5 stars.

Was going to deliver food to someone who worked there ended up being threatened, after I told them I wasnt making enough money for the 30 min trip. And was going to cancel. Literally got threated. Piece of s workers doubt they have good service in store. Bet most ratings are paid for.

Came to Mattress firm to just look at mattresses and the salesperson was awesome! Shea explained to me the different mattresses and what would be better for me! Moves mattress around to show how the one I decided to purchase feels! Store clean and awesome customer experience!!

John Hicks, the store manager, was fantastic. My wife and I had been all around the furniture and mattress stores, and he was by far the most knowledgeable, he was patient as we figured out which mattress was best, and he was extremely professionalism and likable. You could tell he likes what he does.

We bought three mattresses and we are very satisfied. The salespeople were not pushy but instead respected our desire to wander freely. Once we decided on one, they gave us very candid advise. I would definitely work with them again.
