They turned away a family member who is 100% eligible for a vaccine booster shot. Pharmacist were rude and unwilling to listen or talk. They suggested that my family member needed a doctors note when CDC guidelines clearly stated eligibility. The Walgreens across the street consistently gives better service both in the store and their pharmacy.
Love my CVS. If you pay attention to their offer you can save a bunch of money. Good service, clean store.
The staff here are great. Very polite, very helpful. The store is always stocked and cleaned. The pharmacy is the best. The pharmacist my husband I have been working with is so helpful and informative. He makes sure we have everything we need that was ordered and then also educates us on stuff we have questions for. The pharmacy service is excellent. Thank you everyone at CVS!
This Pharmacy has gone downhill the past few months. Drive thru service is the worst, Cant understand the employees, you have to repeat urself multiple times. Dont dare call.. Wait time is 20 plus minutes if they answer. My son has waited 2-3 days for his meds. Something needs to change.

Terrible pharmacy doesnt refill prescriptions on time will put it as in process until next day, and not call you to tell you why its not filled. They dont answer the phone for a very long time sometimes 15 to 20 minutes.
After going through a nightmare since November with Walgreens I went to CVS. They filled my prescription correctly in a timely manner the first time. I could not believe it I was so impressed not to mention they were very friendly and helpful. Im really hoping it stays that way!

Love this CVS. Everyone is very friendly and service is excellent. I have never had a problem getting my purchases taken care of as soon as I was ready. They have been very helpful when I needed help locating an item. I highly recommend this CVS
Really terrible service. In drive thru I waited in line behind one person for 15 minutes. There were 5 cars waiting behind me. I believe they literally took this persons prescription and filled it while they waited in the drive thru. The second drive thru lane went ignored this whole time and one by one those drivers eventually had to drive around the building to get behind my line. Absolutely horrible customer service. The pharmacy techs do not care. Inside is awful. 3 out of my 4 visits inside the store the cashier was chatting with her friend at the register for several minutes but would not ring up my items. The line of people behind me was getting long and she did not care at all. 3 times inside with the same outcome: Bad customer service and angry customers. Go anywhere else. There is no management at this location in the store or in the pharmacy.
Had to get meds
I have never been to a cvs with bad customer service until I came to this one. 4 people working the pharmacy no cars in drive through but yet no one wanted to rang up my OTC medicine they suggested I go to the front. I wish they just close this location down the employees dont want to work no way
Just tried to do a return. And was told that due to what i am returning is a supply. That they cant do the return. That they could have sold it to others. And that it is something that i am able to use at a later time. Everything i was returning is unopen and unused. No where in the store and at the register is any of this posted.
Tried to bring in a return for makeup. I had my receipt. Waited in line. The cashier told me I needed to go out into the store to find and bring her the packaging for the product I purchased. I quickly went and grabbed it. When I returned I had to wait in line again to be helped. Very frustrating. A quick return ended up taking much longer than needed. When I worked in retail I would have just gone and got the packaging and taken care of the return right then other than having the customer find it and wait in line twice. It would have been nice to see on the recipt that I would need original packaging or I would have brought it. This is my first bad experience in this store but very frustrating. Ill just go to Walgreens next time.
Cashier didnt know what they were doing and gave me a really difficult time. Customer service wasnt great. You can find a better CVS than this one honestly
Cashiers always have bad attitudes. Terrible customer service at the front but the pharmacy seems to be the only ones with sense.
Really quick with service, very nice employees.
