Lovely shop, will absolutely use again. first phone call a nice woman had all the info and was super knowledgeable (turned out to be one of the owners daughters). then i came in and everything she had said including a rough price was all accurate. they took measurements and told me it would be 2 weeks. 2 weeks to the day they called, i didnt have to go chase them around or anything. I went over and asked how long and could i hang around. shop staff said that was fine. took them 20 minutes (they had been careful to say maybe 45 minutes etc...) and even loaded the new window in my truck. took it home, popped it in and job done. i cant say enough about their support, knowledge, prices, etc. highly recommend.

We had a HUGE sheet of shower glass installed today, they had to hoist it up two flights of stairs, and it all went off without a hitch. Kelly, Ivan and Lee were terrific, very careful, respectful of our home, and did an outstanding job at installation, especially delicate due to having glass tile on the shower walls. Phil in sales was wonderful, and very knowledgable. We would highly recommend Central Glass & Window!

This place does not deserve any of my business until they train their employees how to treat people over the phone who are willing to spend money. We were told by Devery we wont be able to help you because i do not understand your English !!!

Good service; warehouse employee very helpful when I picked up my storm door with new glass. It did take longer than expected and not sure they ever called me to let me know my door was ready, but I would use them again. Downside is no Saturday hours and only open until 4:30 during the week.

Absolutely horrible service, the cashier didnt listen to what i neede, got the order wrong & when i went back to fix problem,the management argued with me,basically said im the one that screwed up,so much for customer being rite, i wouldnt recommend this place at all
