Very friendly staff, especially front desk clerk. They are knowledgeable, especially, I think his name is Robert, not to mention the only company that I could find that could/would work on my sons chinese atv. They go above and beyond, even making me a personal video on how to crank/choke the atv. They always get me right in and out. Please, give them a try, you wont be disappointed. I highly recommend them!

Good service took time to talk to me about the engine, transmission difference deck. Showed me how to change filters oil transmission fluid. I even tried the zeroturn out. The 52 Diamondback. Smooth ride! Kawasaki engine! XE Diamondback on sale 5099 52 cut. I do not think the fella that sold my car to me took that kinda time with me! Thank you Mr. John Moreau and the young lady behind the desk. She was a lot of help. She showed me how to drive the zero turn. I think I will love it when I get it home. Great warrantys!

Have always received good service here! Theyre happy to share information and expertise, they have a good stock of parts and will order something if they dont have it on hand and provide service after the sale. Theyve been a great help with a used go kart I bought for my kids.

Great place, they have golf carts, minibikes, small four-wheelers, go carts lawn mowers weed trimmers, accessories for those items. Also very knowledgeable about the that they have.

I would give a zero but I can’t. They have had my mower for almost 2 weeks after telling me they would have the parts in a couple of days. When I called to inquire about it, the owner preceded to talk to me very ugly. I told him I was a paying customer and did not appreciate him talking to me that way. After telling him to just put my mower back together so I can pick it up, he said ok and then hung up. Never will I recommend this place to anyone. I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows how I was treated by the owner of this company.

Everyone was extremely respectful and helpful and the shop was very clean

Their mechanics are horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I took my bike to get fixed in November didn’t get a call back until December of the NEXT YEAR. They finally got a new mechanic and when we went to pick up the bike it still wouldn’t start. I was told I’d have to pay additional money when it wasn’t even fixed in the first place. Save your money and go to Loewer Powersports by the coliseum!!
