Got here for a simple oil change. Took 2 hrs. I look up everyone that works there were eating lunch and very inconsiderate that I was in a work uniform and had job to do myself. Horrible experience

Be prepared to get scammed when visiting

Had a blowout on my way down from KC to visit family! They were able to get me in the next day and work a deal for a new set!!! (My tires were low on tread already). And got me out the door a couple ours later! Great service

The people here are nice and they were able to get me a good price on an oil change but I have been very dissatisfied by the service I received the last two times I have visited. Both times I dropped my car off the night before and the following evening when I went to pick up my car they hadnt even started looking at it. I have decided this is not the place I would like to give my business to anymore.

This is a great shop that does their best to please every customer. We broke down while passing through. They fixed our car by the end of the day and we were back on the road the same day. So pleased we chose them. The manager and techs are top notch!

The gentlemen who work there are friendly and helpful. There is usually quite a wait so dont come in when you are in a hurry.

I replaced a tire that I have had a blowout with. They gave me a great price on the tire! However, they managed to get the floor and door panels dirty. Absolutely no excuse for this! People do not want to get their cars back with a dirty floor mat. Unacceptable. The manager did seem very concerned.

I am grateful for the professionalism shown here. While in town for an event at the college, I endured a nail in a tire. I was able to easily get new tires and be road ready for a safe return home.Wayne, the front desk clerk had a genuine cheerful disposition. I appreciate his encouragement and reassurance. He even extended the courtesy of a military discount when he saw my ID card. If all the men in the pit were as awesome as Wayne, it was no wonder the service was so great!

I live 1/4 mile from this establishment and have since 1999. So far, I have patronned Firestone approximately 30 times. I have found them to be fair and capable. I have never, (and I watch for this... I remain skeptical regarding a completely satisfactory experience anytime & anywhere I have mechanical work done) never found reason to suspect anything but honest diagnosees, satisfactory repairs, and punctuality.

I had a horrible experience at Firestone! I had an appointment to bring my truck in for a frontend alignment on tuesday Aug.11, at 11:00a.m. I was there at 10:30. They did a inspection and said I needed lower ball joints-front left. I was there 6 HOURS before they start working on the ball joint. They stopped working on my truck to work on other vehicles! They finish working on the ball joint at 8:30 P. M. They finally did the front end alignment! I was there at Firestone for 10 HOURS and 4 MINS! I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED! AND VERY DISSATISFIED!!! They could have took a motor out and it wouldnt have took 10 HOURS!

I took our 2016 Honda Accord to have the tires rotated about 11:30 am. A 15 minute job. They didnt tell me that they couldnt get to it but when I came back at 5, they hadnt touched it. I brought it the next day and was treated very poorly and hung up on because I wanted to come back and see the car before authorizing them to put new shocks and tires on.... See, I purchased 4 new Firestone tires less than 9 months ago and went to have them for this rotation only to be told that two tires needed to be replaced do to cupping along with the shocks and while the mileage was well within the mileage warranty, the mileage warranty on the tires would not assist. When I said to leave the tires on the car for now, Wayne was kind enough to HANG UP ON ME! I called back to be sure because I couldnt believe that a business would treat me this way because I questioned the warranty validity and didnt want to jump right in to letting them replace tires and shocks on a vehicle thats like new.

This was not my first visit to Firestone, and it was just as great as the rest. They are so professional and kind. They took great care of me and my car. Theyre the best!

I appreciate the fact that I have a Land Rover, I tried to get a oilchange at another tire company, they couldnt do it or just didnt want to. Needless to say they wanted to charge 120$ for the oil change.Firestone did the change, along with other work. I spent a lot of money, Im truly satisfied with the results.

Called before we came and they were 30 minutes to close. We had a belt break that was installed wrong from somebody else. Called and ordered the part it took it 20 minutes to get there and 20-25 minutes to fix someone else’s mistake. Highly recommend! Very nice and efficient staff. Will be returning.

No answer during reg working hours

It took three hours to get tired mounted and balanced. I was told it would be no longer than 45 minutes. It was very ridiculous considering we were the only ones there for the whole 3 hours!!!! Not impressed at all!!!

Nice staff, good discount cost on services, my big problem was the low tire pressure light on before AND after my visit. I stopped and put air in on way home, light went off, Id expect a tire store to actually check tire pressure and adjust as necessary as it was supposed to be included in the full inspection service I scheduled for.😑

Employees here are lazy and couldnt care less about your buisness. I made an appointment 2 days in advance to have my break pads and oil changed. I got there ON TIME for my appointment and I still had to wait 2 hours for them to take my car into the shop. Then after they FINALLY got it on the lift I waited another 1.5 hours for them to tell me they couldnt change the oil or the break pads. it also took them, then another hour to put 2 tires on so I could leave. It would be one thing if they took so long because they were working, but no- you could see them sitting around and looking on their phones. Absolutely ridiculous, I will not be returning and I suggest that if you want the job done correctly in a reasonable amout of time, go somewhere else .

It took 3 days to locate parts for their diagnosis, mgr said he had not had time to research them. After the work was done and 400 plus dollars later my car is still not repaired! The problem was not resolved. Only recommendation i can give is that the staff was very polite.

If you make an appointment, expect it to take hours before they even move your vehicle into the bay. They do okay work, they are just insanely slow.Update: it has now been 2.5 hours and the truck has yet to even be thought about.

Tires are nice price was great service was good but they where short handed took three hours for four tires but they gave me a discount for my wait.

These people are the worst. They refused to do a alignment on my truck. Had me and my babys sitting for over a hour just to refuse the service. When i called prior and had a appointment set. I would not recommend these people to anyone. This shop does NOT deserve a star

Roadside assistance towed my car to this location when I had a flat. Although I did not buy my replacement here, the manager and employees were helpful with recommendations and directions. He even helped when the tire got stuck.
