Every isle is half empty. There were employees stocking, but I’m thinking something else is happening to the inventory (I overheard some employees talking about theft). There definitely needs to be new management and theft prevention in place if that isn’t what’s happening already. Also, isles are not ADA compliant as there are boxes stacked in many isles.Staff was friendly.

Ladies that work there are pretty nice, but this location never seems to have enough stock, especially seasonal items. Half the shelves were empty and the floral display area was completely vacant.

I thought driving over to Pineville to the DT it would be a pleasant experience. I was so disappointed the manger walked out and left the two young ladies working to veryyyyy long lines in a musty and very warm store. The associate then proceeded to tell the customer a few baskets in front of me that the lady with the long hair and a skirt im assuming the manager because she came out the office area. Anyway it wasnt professional for the employee to express her issues but I really dont blame her I would have walked out period. Poor management cause poor employee performance. I wont be back EVER!!!!

If I could give a 0 review I would. The employees were terribly rude! I have never been in a store and encountered such rude people. Just that alone would make anyone not want to return to the store.

I love this store. It has things like shampoo brands that I cant find other places. The cashiers are always friendly and overall its just a relaxing experience cause you know how much youre spending and its a reasonable one dollar per item!!!!

Although I prefer the Dollar Tree in Alexandria off North Mall Drive. They more than usually straightened up, you can find what you are looking for and 9 times out of ten have bunches of different products.

This Dollar Tree never has the items I need. Its probably the worst, most unorganized Dollar Tree in Pineville/Alexandria. 15 people in line and 1 cashier.

Normally easy to find what you need and check out. Store is kept clean, from what I recall, and employees provide great service. Its definitely worth a stop.

Had to talk to manager about employee with attitude about moving a cart so I could pass down an asile to shop. This is the second time this employee has done this to me. The first time she had to move a ladder picked it up and slamed it near my foot.

They were very nice and helpful.

It has a large variety of goods. You can get many different things from food to toiletries all in one spot.
