Auto Zone is the only auto part store i like to go to. They have decent quality products that are affordable.

I went there because they had the other oversized special white windshield wiper & blade that I needed for my vehicle and Jake came outside and installed them for me and I tried to tip him $10 to show my appreciation and not only was he courteous but honest as well... he said theyre not allowed to accept tips and nobody wouldve known but us and he still held true to what was right... even when nobody was looking... thank you Jake for being who and what your are!🙏🙇‍♀️🙏🏿 may God Continue To Bless You & Yours!!! Went to get my starter and alternator tested. The machine was broke. They apologized. OReillys was able to test it.

I purchased a headlight for my car but didn’t know how to put it on so Joniesha (i’m so sorry if i spelled that incorrectly) helped me put it back on. Her customer service was more than EXCELLENT!!! She taught me how to put it on and made me feel super comfortable by cracking a few jokes. Shoutout to her

Mary the manager be doing too much she is very loud and doesn’t respect privacy at all... I just came to buy some air freshener and she over here talking about parts on back order and not being helpful... jonisha and Sam were very helpful when I came in to buy an oil drain pan that’s the reason I’m giving 3 stars it would have been 5 if Mary wasn’t always doing too much

Lenny is very knowledgeable and made everything so much better its nice when youre kind of worried about your car and then you go into some place and they like calm you down and help you out I felt like he treated me with a lot of respect I felt like he treated me almost like I was a family member. Lenny AutoZone is a lucky company to have you.

Lot of accessories for your car. Pretty much like most part stores with a bit wider selection.

Normally they good, but last two times they didnt have what I needed for my vintage VW.

AutoZone has a good parts selection and good prices but their customer service is terrible. If you call to find out if they have something in stock they will either not answer or answer and put you on hold for 10 minutes then hang up. There is always a long line if you go in and rarely more than one person at the register. You will see other employees wandering around but they dont seem to e doing anything specific and are unwilling to assist customers. OReillys has MUCH better customer service across the board. Go there as AutoZone seems to find your business more of a problem than an opportunity.

Terrible experience here. Bought a battery for my car here and I needed to put the new battery in right away. Well i spent an hour and 20 minutes outside trying to get the battery out yesterday because I didn’t have the tools, and whenever I would ask the 400+ pound manager for help, he would blow me off and told me that “I’ll get to you when I get to you. I’m helping other people out and we are slammed. Maybe if I get time, I can help you, but right now, I have to attend to other guests.” I had just paid $192 altogether for a battery and core charge, and that’s how he treated me. I figured, what good is a battery if you can’t even put it in? So I returned it immediately, JUMPSTARTED MY CAR, went to O’Reilly by Contra Costa College where they were a lot more nicer, and helped me remove the battery. It turns out there is a clamp that holds down my battery and which was the reason i couldn’t get it out. Something this Autozone was too mean to tell me...

The staff in Pinole have always been grate to me. I have tested their talents many times. I had a strange sized front belt that other parts houses gave up on, not these guys. they took the time and effort to solve my problem. thank you to the entire staff.

Ive got a van that requires a special caliper to separate the brake pads. Autozone lets you borrow this tool and other tools by just putting down a deposit which you get back promptly once you return the tool. Usually the service is good here but when theres more than three people needing help it can take a long time because theres usually only one guy that you can ask. So come early or already know what you need.

Convenient but for most of their accessories and car washing stuff, head over to Target and Walmart. Was looking at picking up so wheel cleaners and it was 2x more than Walmart. Their Meguiars wax polisher was $55.00 when Amazon was selling it for $33.00.
