After a rough 8 year life my baby of a car needed some extreme love in the suspension area. I emailed late night to get a quote along with some photos of the damage i need repaired and was pleasantly surprised to get an email back from mike the next morning. They said they could for sure take care of it and immediately i felt like she ( my car ) would be in good hands. I new it would be pricey because of the age and the car so i was desperate to find an honest mechanic. Between my wife and i we have 3 audis and we will be bring all of them here. They took amazing care of us. I had all 4 shocks replaced, along with a whole new set of control arms left and right, rear brakes, and power steering pump. They even got my stuck window to roll up which i really appreciated cause it’s been raining, and decided not to go with the window repair at the moment. Didn’t need to do that for me but they did!!! Non the less, they had everything in tip top shape within a matter of days. Absolutely incredible hospitality and work ethic. Highly recommend

They did a complex diagnostic that another shop couldnt do and didnt charge any extra to reset the computer and all the systems. I thought I would be into this repair for several hundred dollars as an honest cost, but I got out for an amazing $156. Their shop is clean and new and upscale, well above average.

I called Letcher Brothers based off a recommendation from my mechanic, since they were fully booked. After calling them, they provided me with a quote for a new AC Compressor, parts and labor within a few minutes, and their availability was excellent, about 7-10 days out. They did a great job, the AC blows cold, and thoroughly answered questions I had about the service. Overall, excellent job, would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a great repair experience!

Previous places I’ve used overcharged and up charged me but when I went to Letcher’s to get a comparative price I knew I was being taken advantage of by the other places. Needed to have two new tires on my 2001 Mercedes C240. During lastservice check-up, they advised me to check tires periodically becauseit was close for new ones. Thats the great thing about Letcher Bros. Auto Shop. They dont tell you a repair/replacement needed until its actually required. As a business, they must make a profit, while service and customer satisfaction are just as important. Highly recommend!

Prompt, honest service from a repair shop I must be dreaming but no I am not because that is exactly what you get here. Crazy right? I live in Vallejo and will take my cars here because I get answers to questions, reasonable expectations and no excuses plus a price that is reasonable. Skip the dealership and just go see Mike and his crew.

I got a flat tire in Richmond and drove to the nearest mechanics to replace the tire. They helped me right away at a very reasonable price and they were SUPER nice and professional. Highly recommend this place.

I had an unusual noise comming from under the car. I had previously spent $900 at another shop that misdiagnosed the problem. The owner of Letcher Bros drove my car and figured out the cause of the noise and charged only a minor fee to correct it. I will definitely return there when i need future repairs.

Good experience as usual with Letcher. They were quick to respond to my service request and set up a day/time. On the day, they quickly took all the necessary information and shuttled me home. An hour later, I had a full and clear estimate of the work to be done, and upon my approval, the work was done by the end of the day, including major recommended service interval, front and rear brakes, and new battery, and a few other minors fixes. Probably could have gotten brakes and battery slightly cheaper by shopping around, but the convenience of one-stop shopping was worth paying a minor premium. Will continue to patronize Letchers.

My wife and I had the transmission rebuilt by Letcher Bro. They also sent the torque converter out to be rebuilt. The transmission has NEVER shifted correctly and after taking it back three times to get it fixed we gave up. Paid a little over 8K and now the transmission has given out again, very disappointing and dissatisfied with their service, response and workmanship. Gave away 8K for nothing!!!

Was not satisfied with the wheel alignment its the same as before.

Biggest joke of a shop there is. I have Took my car in because it was over heating spent $2,000 to fix but yet I’m in there ever month with the same issue they charge me ever time and say nothing wrong with it. Don’t waste your time or money there. They don’t fix anything right the first time.

I dont know - I called to have them service my transmission, just a fluid change, because I dont necessarily want the dealership messing around with it just yet and she, well, she flat out refused to help me. Wouldnt even let me through the door - I guess I should apologize to her for wasting her time. And they had come so highly recommended...

I was very excited to have my 2000 Jaguar serviced here, as I had heard good things. It took almost a week to get an appointment, which wasnt a huge problem. I was told that I needed a new starter, and had the work done. While driving home, I immediately found a new issue where my car cut off while idling at stop lights twice. I called them to let them know and was told that the computer needed to reset itself. Well it has been awhile now, and the problem is still going on. Not only that, but now I have a check engine light that has come on. This car has been garage kept, and taken care of very well over the years despite its age. The problem with the start was the first one I had since I owned the car. Also a side note, I was not too happy to find my car parked a block down San Pablo Avenue when I went to pick it up.

Great customer service, I was on a road trip today to Nevada, and I got my low air message, as I headed to my destination I passed by this auto shop and was attended too imidiatially, the manager was able to accommodate me with a comp air-fill for my tires that where very low. I would recommend this auto service to anyone not because of the comp, but you can feel the great passion profecilisim from all the staff here. Thank you, I will definitely come back!

I looked up the price of parts if I were to do the repairs myself and found I could not buy the parts for the price they were able to buy and install. The workmanship is very good and my car (BMW 745i) runs terrific after they complete the work.
