Very accomodatimg staff! You can see them in every spot of the store, so if you need anything they can always assist you. They make your shopping experience fast and easy.

5 stars for the friendliness of the workers at this location especially at the returns/product pick up and fitting room areas.

Store is clean, well organized.. I find my favorite products like Tide and Downey in stock.The reason for not giving 5 stars is that employees are not taught customer service. Many do not greet or thank the customer.

I went to buy a few things at Target, Pinole on 17th August, 2021 for my daughter who is a student at UC Berkeley. Our vehicle was broken into and we were badly robbed. We discovered that there were many such incidents in and around Target. Target Security was not very helpful. I would avoid this outlet in the future because of safety concerns.

Jasmine in the Pinole Target/CVS Pharmacy is always very professional and helpful.Even though the pharmacy was very short-handed (she was all alone!) and the line was extremely long, she managed to remain pleasant with all customers, as usual.Give this woman a raise!

My husband and I decided to try one of these meal for 2, step by step. We went to another target location for the initial purchase but as we were cleaning the meat, we realized it had turned and the date was already expired. We then went to this location and switched it for a fresh box of the same meal. It was delicious and we loved it, great customer service, quick and easy!

Absolutely no cashiers at 10 am tuesday There was self checkout only . The stockers where nice and helpful. But seriously I know you do not care enough about your employees to offer a living wage cant you atleast schedule what cashiers you do have so your customers can be helped.

They had what I wanted where Walgreens didnt and it was easy to order and pick it up.

Team associates is rude and lazy… stand around all day talking about things not work related, making out with each other in aisle.. Don’t bother asking for help because you’ll get ignored

This is Target. It is a great target, nice and clean. Nothing about it is AMAZING, so I will give a 4 star.

(1) Our local Target in Pinole CA is a good store, with really great staff overall. Fellow customers nice people too. Sometimes the queues do get long, of course. And they take care of safety protocols. (Other local stores have rude staff and often rude customers.) (2) Ease of use of app (its improved a lot over the past few years).

I’ve been shopping at target for quite some time here in Pinole but I don’t think I’ll be coming back because I was disturbed when a patron had a dog in the basket that I shopping for my groceries. It’s bad enough you let animals in the store with food but when I saw the dog in the basket that did it for me. I will be contacting your corporate headquarters to find out what the policy is about animals in the store.

The store is easy to access. The self-checkout cashier helped me bag my items which was sweet.

CONVENIENCEI placed my order Monday night. Tuesday, late morning, I notifiedTarget that I was on my way. when I drove into the Drive Up portion of the lot, I was suppose to click the Im Here button so my purchases could be brought out to me. When I drove up, this young man said, Ms Easter, here is your purchases. This was a first. Usually i would have to wait 2-3minutes but this wasan improvement on their already excellent service.

Whenever I shop at Target I have no problem finding what I need however I’m always being followed by lost prevention. It feels like they train their lp staff to profile people upon arriving to the store. Such a degrading experience every time, it’s not only this Target!

Disgrace, Security kicked out the bus from the parking lot while the driver was buying in Target store a water for the passengers. Thank you for hospitality!

I went at opening time, just on purpose to avoid the long lines and wait for someone to help me. It is not to give credit to efficiency. I understand about having a tight budget but you should really invest in more employees to help the clients and training them well to serve all.

Target team member are always quick to bring my items out to my car and have a good spirit/ personality.

Customer Service here is awful. I was checking out of self check with my 1 year old daughter and we were accused of trying to steal cat food we paid for. Go to Albany if you want a good experience, these people are unprofessional and rude.

It was easy to order online and have it ready when we got to the store. There was no fuss and no problems and our doggie got his special treats the same day we ran out.

I love Target!!! This one in particular satisfies all of my families needs. It is clean, the staff is nice, and the selection is great. The only tiny issue is that this place gets packed, especially during certain times of the year like the holidays or the day before school. This target is awesome and I will continue to shop here over the competition.

Bad Target. Blonde fella at electronics kept on ignoring my dad and daughter as they were trying to pay for my kids game card. Enter white couple and they get entertained right away.Racist Target we are Americans too. White wash, hispanic centered Target. Boycott this Target I say until they closed down

Target kept it simple (which I appreciated): I ordered, I chose pick up at store, I tracked the progress, was informed my order was ready and picked up at store, boom done!

I was shopping here recently and bought a $200 pair of headphones only to go out to the parking lot and find that my battery was dead on my motorcycle. I did not have a pair of jumper cables. So I pushed my motorcycle out to the end of the parking lot where theres a slight hill, hoping to pop start the bike using the momentum of the hill and the clutch. Instead of assistance, what do I get from Target for purchasing a $200 pair of headphones from them? They reported me to the police department. After rolling down the hill and being unable to start the bike, I was out of gas, physically. Im a 56 year-old white male adult and it was mid-morning. while I am taking a breather I look up and from a hundred yards across the parking lot there are two Target security guards just standing there staring at me.... Within 60 seconds a patrol car pulled up to the security guards, the security guard said something to the officers in the police car and that police car proceeded directly to my location. I was detained, searched, questioned, and humiliated before I was let go. there was absolutely no probable cause for them to come up to me and engage me for any reason. But for the involvement of Target security the Pinole Police Department would not have questioned me, detained me, or even noticed me trying to start my bike.

Friendly staff and they always have everything we need!

I wanted to buy my son a shirt for picture day for tomorrow and had a problem with looking for long sleeve shirts. I asked a lady who worked for target who was wearing a red shirt and was right next to me if she knew where the long sleeve shirts were. She replied that she didnt know English. I said okay so I demonstrated what a short sleeve looked like and what a long sleeve should look like and used simple terms. She shook her head and said she didnt understand. I said okay and did not trip off her response and just looked harder for the long sleeve shirts. Minutes later I heard the worker who claimed she didnt know English, talking to another lady in Spanish and they were looking at me and speaking spanish. I felt uncomfortable and insecure. So I casually asked another target worker with a smile on my face about the situation and she understood and said sorry. I said it was okay and was about to walk away but then she recommended that I speak to the manager. So I told the manager who had long blue hair that was in a ponytail. I told her the situation and she was very short with me almost like she was mad at me and said that they couldnt discriminate which I understood because I am of mixed race myself so I definitely understand. My kids are Asian, black, Portuguese and Mexican. To be honest I felt that the lady who claimed she didnt no English just didnt want to help me. She said the lady is getting better with English everyday. I said good and I was going to compliment the diversity but she just blew me off and just left me without saying bye to go talk to another employee. I was like damn, what just happened because I didnt even want to talk to the manager in the first place. I was going to let it go after talking to the first worker about the situation. The manager acted really rude and acted like a wasnt a valuable customer. She responded like I was her little sister that told our parents that she snuck out last night. Its not what she said its the way she said it. When a customer spends hundreds of dollars in a store and acts really humble, every one calls me humble and sweet, it makes that customer not want to shop there anymore.I come there often because my son likes the pizza. Looks like I am going to have to start going to the Albany target.

This place is clean, moderately well stocked but always short on cashiers. Its 7pm on a Saturday and there is only 1 cashier. Power to you cashier #6. Please go faster though.

I love the products they carry and the prices... especially with my red card. But they are too often out of stock. Not to mention the piling up lines at the register.

Overall a good location - lots of parking and lots of registers. Its nice that they have a small grocery section so you can grab some basics while youre doing your usual Target shopping and dont have to make more than one stop

Small compared to Super Targets. Shoe boxes were empty and placed on the selves? No shoe clearance section.One key thing there were no long lines.

There were empty spaces and the store looked cluttered and disorganized. The employees themselves appeared to not want to be there and was obvious about not making eye contact. The experience made me wonder why I was shopping in a place where the staff didnt want to be.

Target at this location it is my favorite! Huge parking space; excellent location; great customer service; we got everything we need. Planty of shopping carts; plenty of merchandise and plenty of groceries store items. It is a lot to say about this location but you will have to come to experience yourself!

Watch out for car break in on the parking lot!Ive had my window broken twice!! This store does a terrible job on securing the parking lot. Its a heaven for vandalism! I stopped shopping there, just go to the Albany store.

They seem to always be out of stock of what I need. Parking lot gets jammed up fairly easily. Other than that, its just like every other target. It is smaller than most other targets Ive been to.

Mostly an OK Target. Ive been to Targets with better selection. During Xmas some of the items get picked through and never make it back to the shelf. They remain on the floor.

I was stopped once at the door to check my receipt and basket for STOLEN items. I was being profiled and accused of stealing by security. It was so embarrassing. Everything checked out fine. Will NEVER come back again. If I could give negative stars, I WOULD!!

This was by far the worst target Ive ever been to. Walked in to the smell of vomit. It was awful and was there for the first hundred or so feet of the store. The staff werent able to help me find something until the Fourth person I asked. Staff seemed to hate their jobs and not have good attitudes in general.Many more shady individuals than I have ever seen in a Target including a homeless man and many people in extremely baggy clothes and full of tattoos. One guy was walking around barefoot...Awful place.

I like all Target stores. This one is a bit older, but the experience is consistent with other stores. It does get fairly busy.

Nice people but poor service. Ordered something online and was told the prices was too complicated to return...? So i used my phone to pull up the applicable information and complete the return. Maybe if i hadnt had such consistently good service in Vacaville and Fairfield i wouldnt have something to compare it to...

Target has clerks that are very friendly and efficient. If a problem surfaces regarding a price check, it is handled very quickly without an argument.

This is a large target and is very organized. The lines are often long and take a while to get through though.

I love shopping at target mostly for clothes. Their brand Merona has nice clothes and accessories for both men and women.
