I had enjoyed buying the products. The only issue was the rude Caucasian lady with multicolored hair and a Cane. She was incredibly rude and had an attitude problem. Everyone else was super nice and helpful. Honestly this lady ruined my day and wasn’t helpful at all. Every time I asked about the products, she had shrugged me off as if my questions weren’t important. I have honestly never felt so dehumanized. The other staff helped me yet this one lady had ruined my shopping experience.
I go to this store a lot for my hair products. The staff is always very friendly and helpful but not pushy. They answer questions to their best knowledge and make sure you dont miss out on any deals. I definitely recommend this store!

I stood in line outside of the store waiting to go in and as soon as it was my turn to go inside the store I went in and grabbed the one thing I wanted to get. The manager came up to me and tried to kick me out and tell me that I need to wait outside because they are over occupancy, I informed her that I had already found the item that I wanted and I was ready to check out. She still attempted to kick me out so I asked her why she didn’t just stop me at the door instead of waiting until I was ready to check out and she dodged the question and continued to tell me that I needed to wait outside. Again I told her I only had the one item I wanted to purchase and yet she still told me to leave.
They adhere to the covid mandate regarding capacity, I felt safe and the new cashier was very helpful.
I just call for to place an order, and the girl who answer the phone was so rude with me. I just want it to know if they have the color that I wanted. She just told me to take off the speaker, which I have it because my phone doesn’t work at all, but the way that she asked for was super rude, she didn’t even say please or thank you.
Go to the Sally’s in Richmond the staff is much more knowledgeable and pleasant. I gave this two stars only because the associate was pleasant At the Pinole location. The Manager (Latina) today is rude, inexperienced as a manager and has horrible customer service skills. Her associate has better manners and customer service and more knowledge of the products. As a manager if you acknowledge the mistakes that you made yet you don’t adjust to doing better you shouldn’t be a manager. Once you acknowledge areas of improvement take action steps to improve....
I visited Sally and had no idea about extensions and how to use them. The employee with half of her hair dyed (couldn’t get her name) was super helpful and patient. She told me all about how to use extensions + clips. I just wish she told me to get black hair instead of dark brown for the extension color. Def would recommend this place. :)
As with most things since Covit-19 ; a tedious change. But like all of us, change has been inconvenient. I give them four stars for showing effort.
I went to Sallys today 08-05-18, I was looking for Purple shampoo... its my first time try the product so I had some questions to ask but this sales associate very inpatient even give a little attitude... after I check out just hang my recipe to me without saying thank you but when I took my recipe I said thank you to her and she has no response at all... I only visited Sally in Pinole CA a few times my pass experience were good except this time,whoever is this store manager need to really make your employees there how to be nice! hoping can find out her name who are rude to the customer
Today I went shopping for hair bonnets and after searching through the aisles to find one, I found a few that were very similar to what I was looking for. I happen to see a sales associate and asked her for assistance and showed her the previous bonnet I purchased from Target. She directed me to a different sales associate who could better help me. As the second associate was helping me look for hair bonnets (very helpful)... The music for the store was turned off and one other salesperson stated why is it so quiet in here, and someone else responded saying... so I can hear if people are putting things in their purse. I felt disrespected and I felt that the sales associate was very unprofessional when she said it loud enough for the whole store to hear. I feel that I may never go back because of what she stated.I am a paying customer and I felt very very disrespected.
They were very rude and they have one of one item but not the other to go with the first one.
Its always a hit or miss experience when you go in, most of the associates that work there are friendly but do not know prices so they tell you one thing and you pay a different price. Also, some products are out of place so you dont know the actual price until youre at the till. Watch the register and check for prices.
Staff was friendly and helpful but not very knowledgeable about the products. Also they dont carry a lot of products they should as a beauty supply.

The Caucasian manager is very disrespectful she wasnt friendly she was pushing people out of the store. Terrible customer service and shoyldnt be working in a beauty store at all let alone beauty industry. One of the rudest people i have ever came across in my life she need to be fired. She rude doesnt sell anything walks around with a bad attitude follows paying customers in the store chastising them just unprofessional. She needs to find something she likes and stick with it. I work in the beauty industry ive never came across someone like her. I asked her if she had a problem with me in her store and she went around the question. I may not be off by saying she might be RACIST. Do not ever go here i wont ever spend another dollar where people treat me like a theif im a black paying customer.
