This is the only gas station that’s only open for a few hours a day. Everybody literally camps out in their cars until the doors open. ALL THIS FOR A BACKWOOD

Terrible place to get gas. Always issues with not having gas to not taking credit cards and pumping out gas SLOWW!!

There is No one to clean up trush buskets at the gas station. And it is only about 6 pm. Sad.

I was waiting for someone to help me at the counter. One person appearing to be in a break called in the back to a lady named Barb and said you have a customer. She walked out looked and walked back to the back another guy walked behind the counter and kept walking without acknowledging me waiting. Customer is horrible here.

Why is this gas station always CLOSED?Regular store hours and they always have a hand written sign saying CLOSED. Guess employees make the hours here and not the company. Wont stop here again cause it will probably be closed.

Its say 24hr but they have signs saying there closed and there inside walking around lol i came here late night and I have to wait 30 mins since the ladt told me to wait but they say there 24hrs

L have been coming to this gas status for about 15 years or so. They have always sold quality gas for cheap pricing. The pump always work properly. The attendants are always fast and friendly.

Like most gas stations the items inside are not cheap but the selection of coffee and snacks makes it worth the trip! They seem to never be out of cigarettes or scratchers like most gas stations in popular areas and the staff is always friendly even helping me fill up my tire once.

Witnessed faulty pump #11 break on August 13, 2015 around 2pm. The gasoline sprayed into the air for many minutes, soaking the car and the pregnant driver of the vehicle. The gas station attendant and manager had trouble turning the gas off due to the malfunctioning pump so the situation got worse with gas creating a pool underneath her car.Aside from their apparent lack of safety maintenance of their equipment, what was the worst was that the manager was angry and yelled at the poor pregnant lady, when it was obviously the fault of the equipment. The manager had the gull to demand that the driver pay for the gas and broken equipment. To be fair, the manger didnt force the driver to pay for the faulty requirement but also did not reverse the charges for all of the gas that sprayed and leaked everywhere.I hope there are no birth defects as a result of this. Shame on this business and its owners and managers.I hope the baby doors not come out with birth defects due to this... Shame on this business!

Shell is a top tier gas station in my honest opinion. They provide high quality gas and it lasts longer than other generic gas stations gas. Shells gas might cost more per gallon, but it really makes a difference when it comes to the performance and maintenance of your vehicle. I drive an automatic Ford Focus S 2008 and suprisingly, Shells regular gas fills my tank running on empty with $30 ($2.89 per gallon). Opposed to AM/PM, their regular gas only fills my car up three quarters of a tank running on empty with $30 ($2.60 per gallon). Extremely odd right??? You may ask yourself, how is this possible? Well you might want to do some research before you chose your gas station. I will no longer fill my tank at AM/PM because why would I if Im getting more gas at Shell. This might not be everbodys case, but it was for me. I recommend this Shell station if you live in the Richmond or Pinole area.

This place is trouble the manager very rude doesnt care about any problems you have with one of her workers. Their one lady that works at shell and she takes money from workers and job

Great car wash!

Watching the ladies walk around at 10:11 sign says they will reopen at 10:05 people outside waiting and no acknowledgement of customers standing outside waiting for them to open up. This is crazy!! Corporate!!

Purchased $10 supreme car wash. Very disappointed. The car was not dried well, so plenty of missed spots. Also had to pay extra cash for vaccum where paper towels were missing. I used to go to valero for car was, it was cheap as well as offered free vaccum. Last time at shell for car wash.

The manager at this gas station is so rude and negative a person who thinks they own the gas station and her answer to any issue you have here is no right away, the service here is the worst I have experience ever.

Shouldn’t have to feel scared when entering store because the lady who works at counter has friend with a giant dog growling at you and then lets out its leash so the dog gets closer and telling me i shouldn’t be scared that’s why it’s growling tues feb 6 2019 think it was a mastiff the dog breed

Never had probs its pricier vs shell in el sobrante and Pinole but its convienent when Im in that area every week

My God! The car wash is slow! 40 minutes and I still havent made it into the actual wash. Do not use the CAR WASH. Notice the time on the receipt and the time on my dash. 47 minutes by the time my wash began.

Should specify that the pumps are the only thing open 24hrs, twice now Ive come to the store and its been locked, no more business from me.

The carwash does not work does not wash well, and the payment is a lot but that does not matter the payment, what matters that wash

I had a bad experience with the manager, it is a racist gang that does not know how to serve the clients feels the owner of the place.
