I stopped in wanting to quickly drop off a couple of packages. I was quickly greeted and received my receipt, with my packages on their way.

Closed 35 minutes early on a tuesday! I called less then an hour before I got there and asked a question about printing a prepaid fed ex return label. The guy that answered wasnt very helpful and apparently also decided to close early that day. When I was walking back to my car I saw two other people who looked very disappointed when they saw the store closed early. I didnt have time that day to find another place to print the labels I needed and I had to call and cancel the pickup Id already scheduled for the next morning. The pickup driver showed up next morning anyway and woke everyone up, lol. It wasnt her fault though and she was very polite and professional.*Edit/Update* I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars because the younger women that are usually working at the store in the mornings when I run in for copies are always really nice and helpful. Its always good energy from them. They greet everyone as they come in and say thanks when they go. I thought it would be fair if I raised it a bit.

I just sent a set of papers to 4 of my separate email accounts and none of them went through. I told the guy behind the counter that but he couldnt be bothered he was too busy socializing talking about how hes been there for 5 years etc. Total waste of money. Ill be calling to get my money back and Im not going to drop this without it.

Came a few minutes after 6pm today on Wednesday and the male employee shut the door in my face without giving me a chance to ask what was going on. I dont understand why they have a sign on their door that says theyre open until 7pm when they close much earlier. I was very frustrated and they wasted my time. I will avoid this location.

I had to send a fax and I didn’t know how to do it, the girl that was working there, she was super helpful and kind teaching me how to used the fax machine .

I had two packages routed here to pick up instead of being delivered. I received texts to pick up the packages and checked on line and both said the boxes where here. When we arrived, they claimed they did not have one of the boxes; we made them check twice more and they *found* it. Then, both boxes had been opened and someone went through them. at least pretend to tape it back up, but no, mangled ripped open boxes. And we werent the only people in there at this time dealing with this issue. Never again will I use this office and I will never choose to ship with Fedex because their phone customer service is also horrible.

Super friendly staff (especially Kristi!) Theyre all willing to help you whether with printing, faxing or mailing. I love this location!

The fedex worker did not put down the apartment number on the package I was sending.... paid $39.00 in promise that it would arrive the next day at end of day. Package was not delivered on time (several days late). Called the fedex to see what was happening, they made me feel like it was my fault when fixing the problem ...was not offered any kind of compensation or way of making me feel like I was a valued customer. If I knew that choosing fedex came packaged with headache, stress and frustration I would not have chose a different service that actually delivers more quality to their customers. Should change your name to FedUp.

FedEx says they are only making the 1st hour of service in their stores for 65+. I am all for why they are doing, but when there is NOBODY ELSE IN THE STORE?!?! never using fedex to shop my stuff again, only ups or usps from here on out.

After being told their computer was down to handle a DTV return I called the next day and a new person said why no our computers are not down but changed her line when I told her I needed to do a DTV return. She then put me on hold for 2 minutes only to return and say unfortunately the computer to do DTV returns is acting up . It seems this staff would rather lose a FED EX sale so they can sit around and play on their phones while other more professional FEDEX locations do the work. Obviously these lazy slobs are their to collect a pay check doing as little work as possible.

Im a senior citizen and went in to fax 2 pages. Never used a fax machine and was having trouble. I kept having to ask questions and couldnt get it. I felt like I was bothering them from their private conversation. I was the only.costomer in there. What do they get paid for? I was very upset when I left and dont even know if my faxes were sent. I would fire them. Look at the camera s from today about 1 pm the 13th.

I dont go to the Pinole FedEx unless I have to. While they do get the job done, their customer service is poor. I waited 10 minutes at the front register for someone to help me. Eventually, a guy who works there wandered over to the front register area. He proceeded to completely ignore me--did not even ask if I had been helped--and then assisted the customer behind me. So, I took off one star for that. Then, a lady came over to help me, which I was thankful for. However, her attitude was awful. She acted like she hated her job and that helping me was the last thing on Earth she wanted to do. Another star off for that. That said, the packages Ive shipped have reached their destinations, so I feel that a 3-star review is appropriate.

Dont think this is the most cost effective way to ship FedEx. Nice facility and nice staff, however this FedEx office cost $6.00 more to send an envelope to MX than my usual shipping shop in downtown Martinez. Just so you know.

I dropped off a package to return (from Amazon) and my label was too blurry to process. The staff (Matthew) was more than helpful, and worked with me to troubleshoot while seamlessly helping each customer who walked in while I was there. Thank you!!!

I believe this location could use some improvement in the areas of customer service and customer satisfaction. Sometimes there are two reps and only one helping the line. The personnel working at this location seem unhappy with their jobs and often feel as if they don’t want to assist you at all. It really makes me feel like I’m in the east coast, somewhere between Manhattan and the Bronx. They have no sense of time and are completely mindless of their customers need for quality and expediency. It really reflects poorly on the management team and company standards. My two cents to the management team: DO SOMETHING!

Its one of the small ones but everything was working and the employee was very friendly and helpful

1 person working...reallyWhoever manages this place needs to be fired. The poor lady upfront is tying to deal with no less than 11 active customers. Automating payments on some of the devices is no substitute for service in an interactive environment such as FedEx Kinkos.

I feel like theres no need to search further for a company to meet my printing needs.

Im thankful they still exist when I need them.
