I wish we had used Rent 2 Own instead of Aarons when we rented our furniture 3 years ago. Then maybe I would still have my furniture and tvs. It seems that everyone there is a lot nicer and very helpful. There wouldnt be any problems or price gouging! Ill definitely keep Rent 2 Own in my thoughts the next time Im looking for furniture.

This is a nice store and the store manager is very inconsiderate does not care for the customer just her paycheck! I went made a purchase back in late September and a month later had a major problem with. When I called the store asked to speak with the manager and was told she was not there so I left my number for her to call, NO RESPONSE so a week later and a automatic auto draft payment I went to the store and was told by store employee it was her day off and she would check into it and relay my problem and the store manager would get back with me. Well another week and another payment went no call from the manager so the 3rd attempt I called and once again she is not there so I spoke with Austin and let me tell you, this man should be running the store because he actually cared but thats a different story, I did get the home office number and contacted them in return had the area manager call me and he did so and without even looking at my problem I was accused of this being my problem and my fault. I’m telling everyone to shop here at your own risk if you have a problem because they will blame it all on you. I’m returning my defective products and will find a merchant who appreciates there customers not avoiding them when there is a problem. Absolutely horrible customer service.
