I wouldn’t recommend this business to ANYONE. I rented tables, chairs, and a dance floor for my wedding. Upon arrival the chairs and dance floor were filthy, and some of the tables had mold and were busted up. I understand when renting everything won’t be in perfect condition, but they should at least be cleaned. When I called and spoke with Ann she said she would give us some of our money back if we cleaned them ourselves, since then she has ghosted us. The last I heard from her she said she had to ‘inspect’ the rentals first, knowing that we had already spent hours cleaning them. It look them about 5 days after the wedding to pick up the rentals as well. The communication is also terrible. There has been multiple days that I’ve had to call over ten times to not only reserve the rentals, but call for other questions. When I first reserved my wedding date I inquired with them about catering and they responded roughly 6 months later. Save your money and spend it somewhere else. (:
Absolute WORST experience with a vendor I’ve ever had. We had requested linens for my wedding months in advance and were on their books. My brother and sister-in-law went to pick up our linen rentals on the Friday before my wedding and Ann was nowhere to be found. I confirmed with her earlier that week when pick up was AND the location, all of which were stated on the receipt. Upon getting ahold of Ann, she told us she “didn’t know where the lines were and would try to track them down”. My brother and sister-in-law sat at the Meadowbrook location from 11 am (scheduled pick up time) to 3pm waiting on word as to where our rental linens were. On top of that, anytime any of us called Ann to get an update, she began to decline our calls. She eventually found the linens, which were 50 minutes away in Beavercreek (not the pick up location on our receipt). Upon my brother and sister-in-law arriving in Beavercreek, they counted the linens and we were missing one. Ann never seemed empathetic or apologetic whatsoever this entire time; through all of this stress. I asked if there would be a discount for not knowing where our linens were + the travel to pick them up in Beavercreek when pick up was supposed to be Meadowbrook, but she said she would “have to check”. We never got a discount OR a refund for the missing linen. Very unprofessional business, I recommend looking elsewhere!
I had planned to use Heritage during my wedding in June of 2020. Unfortunately, due to Covid, we had to drastically change our plans. Heritage was not able to give us back our non-refundable deposit due to Covid, but they graciously offered to apply it to any future rental we might need.Sure enough, when my brother/fiances wedding rolled around about a year later, I was able to contact the company about using that deposit toward some chairs that my brother was looking to rent for the ceremony. The company agreed to apply my deposit towards my brothers purchase and delivered the chairs on time and in perfect condition to the event.Because of this, I can confidently say that this is a company well worth working with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent their services in the future.
We rented from them for our wedding. They were supposed to come the day before, on a Friday. Instead, they came on Thursday in the middleOf the afternoon while all of us were at work. My husband had to leave work to come and put them away because we had expected them there on Friday. Then, I went to check them out. Mind you, my wedding was two days away. The first chair we pulled off the rack was completely broken and unusable. One of the tables was bent and we had to bend it back. I tried calling on Thursday and Friday but I never got an answer. Almost every time I call, I never get an answer. I realize they don’t keep business hours, but a couple things were unusable and they never picked up or returned my calls.
Great rental service! My wife and I were pretty surprised with the inventory! Great prices too. We used Heritage for our wedding and everything was spot on, the quality and their timely service. Most importantly my wife was very happy and said it couldnt have been more beautiful!
I have used Heritage for several functions over the years. Every time I get great service! I think their prices are great too! They are a good company to rent from. Everything from chairs and tables to tents and lighting!
Bill and Ann were a pleasure to work with! They took care of every detail for our office Christmas party and made it absolutely beautiful! They were great about the last minute changes. I will use Heritage Party Rentals for all of my future events!

This is a great company! I have rented from them a few times in the last couple of years. The bounce house is always a big hit for our company picnic and family reunion. Good prices and a lot to choose from too.

We rental a tent, table and chairs for a grad party. The staff was great and very helpful with all my questions. Everything was setup and removed as scheduled and the crew was friendly and efficient.

I use Heritage for an annual fundraiser, I get a tent with tales and chairs. The guys that bring it all are always polite. Another reason I particularly like Heritage is because they have a HUGE selection of everything!
We show up at 1030 on Friday to pick up our rentals, no one is anywhere to be found. We waited 30 min before someone showed up. On Monday we are here at 910 to return the rentals....again, no one is here. I called the number on the website and left a message. Lady returned the call 15 min later, and says to leave stuff at back door.Why post business hours if you are going to make up your own?The products rented were acceptable, but not sure Id rent from them again, due to the lack of respect for our time. We had several stops to make and a hall to decorate. Unprofessional service is not needed one day before a wedding.
Our wedding reception was at Heritage Event and Catering’s outdoor venue, Heritage Gardens, in April of this year. Everything from the planning, to the day of our reception was stress-free. The venue was beautiful. The food was delicious and everyone had a great time. Thanks again!
Heritage Party Rental was perfect for our wedding. We are laid back folks and did the wedding planning ourselves and they just made everything so easy. Picking out what we wanted was fun and easy and on the big day, they made everything come together perfectly. It was such a huge relief to have them take care of everything so seamlessly. Everyone was so helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Not to mention, friends have told us that we won the best food award after this years wedding season! Everyone just raved about the food, and I agree that everything was absolutely delicious! An additional great item to note is that they offer everything al la carte. You get to pick and choose what you want down to every tiny detail so that you dont have to pay for anything that you do not want and you get to customize your package exactly how you want it. I would highly recommend these guys, they were a huge part of making our big day a wild success!

Very professional and the food was beyond our expectations! Wait staff was very helpful and did whatever we needed to make our event perfect!
Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. My wedding is on a Saturday and they didnt bother to drop anything off till 430 in the afternoon... On top of that we had to cart everything back to the tent because they just dropped everything in the driveway.
Food is of high quality but bar service 8s so so.
