Need some last minute equipment and Sky Pirate Drones came through for me. There was even an issue with one of the items, and they helped me solve the problem with no trouble at all. Jason is the guy I have been dealing with and he has been super friendly and helpful through the whole process. Would highly recommend these guys.

Going to be honest. The website looked super sketchy. But I called the customer service number and I think the guys name was Cory. Some of the best costumer service I’ve ever had! I had kind of a special order that had to arrive 2k miles away in two days. They made it happen and even followed up with me to make sure that everything was set.

I was in a bad situation because another retailer lied to get my business but didnt have the product in stock. I had one day before my shoot and the gear was critical. These guys cam through and saved the day. They even made an extra trip to the carrier to get me what I needed. They have earned all of my business in the future. Thank you sincerely!

Awesome shop and great service! I have been a customer for quite awhile now and have never been disappointed. I always recommend great places to friends and family. I am not certain why somebody gave a one star review. I have been into the local shop and shopped online and had nothing but a very satisfactory experience. A 5 star site with one 1 Star review. Seems like an attempt to bad mouth a site for the wrong reasons. Anyways those are my 2 cents worth as a happy customer. I bet if you check the call logs for the shop there is not 20 calls from the same caller in one day. Sounds fishy a potential customer would call like a love sick teenager. Red flag already for that person lol. If you couldnt get a hold of Jason there was probably a good reason. He could have had an emergency with his family. I cant expect selfish people to understand that though because they only think of their own needs first.

Jason and his staff at Sky Pirate Drones are friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about their products! They knew exactly which product would fit our needs (my family purchased the DJI Phantom). Im a kiteboarder and a rc helicopter/drone enthusiast and I love this store. Ive patronized this business many times over the past few years. Tried to contact this business for a consultation on a new Phantom Drone, called nearly 20 times during business hours and no response. Went into the store and nothing but unhelpful service, not coming back.

I bought a DJI Mavic Pro here and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about both consumer and commercial drones. Check out their industrial drones they build!
