Great sales right now, and I love the clothes but the sales people were not helpful or friendly. I was disappointed in the customer service.

The Van Heusen outlet store is well maintained with knowledgeable sales people. The selection is large and neatly displayed. As this is an outlet store prices can be quite good.I purchase their golfing clothes even though I dont golf. I find their sports clothing-line to be comfortable with lots of pockets. l love pockets. They take the wear and tear of everyday living. There are no alterations in the store.Free parking is offered. Everything is wheelchair-accessible. The nearest bathroom is a few hundred feet to the South, inside the welcome center.and is also wheelchair accessible.

Great deals on business clothing, amazing rewards program. I buy almost all my dress shirts and ties here especially if I can find them in the 12 dollar rack. Although the fitting rooms need work the prices make up for it.

Rachelle gave amazing customer service! Got me shirts, matching ties, tie clip, slacks, and even special ordered me a shirt they didnt have in stock because otherwise I was leaving without a white dress shirt. The store was tidy, clean, and well organized. Lots of fitting rooms. Overall a great shopping experience.

Great experience provided here by a gentleman named Wetzel, he is a provider of excellent customer service. Heres the reason why, I came in looking for a shirt and tie for a babys baptism he asked me if I knew what size I was I said 18 1/2, he asked me for my sleeve length, I answered no idea, he then proceeded to get a tape measure and measure my sleeve length. First time ever in any store that I was actually measured. Needless to say I got the shirt I needed the tie I liked and Im very happy with the service I received at the Van Heusen store from Wetzel. Thank you again for your attention to detail Wetzel your sn awesome asset to your company.
