Very beautiful trendy furniture here, a little bit pricey but definitely high quality.

First time shopping at Couch Potato and I am very pleased with their customer service. Donna and Shane were awesome! Very friendly and very helpful. I would also like to say that the founder Guntug Yilnaz had great customer service when I had a situation come up. He was quick to answer my email and even called to resolve the situation. I am very happy with the outcome and I will buy from this company again. Excited to get my new couch

Our experience with Couch Potato in Pismo Beach was fantastic from start to finish! Our salesperson, Shane, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to everything we had to say and helped us find the perfect sectional to fit our needs within the set budget....which was difficult because my husband and I had very different ideas!Our couch arrived a couple weeks earlier than expected. It was delivered by two great guys, Patrick and Caleb. They were friendly, professional, and quick. They got it set up, walked me through the various features, cleaned up every speck of packaging material, and left. They were even super careful to make sure our yard gate latched correctly so our dogs didnt get out! All these little things added up to a very positive experience.We plan to have this sectional for a long time but if we need to every buy more furniture, we know we will head to Couch Potato in Pismo Beach!

Great place, nice furniture and friendly staff.

We had a new sectional delivered and the old one taken away. The two men arrived on time, were polite and pleasant. They were very careful coming and going. But when they left, I found a gouge in the hardwood floor. Just sad about it.

Shane has been wonderful to work with, excellent customer service. Patrick and Caleb delivered my furniture and they did an equally terrific job. Highly recommend!

Couch Potato is the place to go if you need quality furniture at a good price. They have tons of things to choose from and if you dont see exactly what you are looking for the salesperson will go above and beyond to show you other options in catalogs until you find what you want! The prices are good, they work with you to find what you want if your on a budget. Friendly relaxed atmosphere and they dont pressure you to buy so thats nice. I highly recommend this store.

Amazing service and very affordable! We got all our furniture for living room and bedroom at once! Shane was helping us and he was absolutely wonderful.

I went into this store today and was ignored. I legitimately walked through the store twice and found the sofa I had been looking for. The salesman didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. I understand that he was talking to another customer about slip covers but I was in that store almost 20 mins and at no point did he even acknowledge my presence.
