Ive been using R&R for 5 years for all our cars. They are always prompt and communicate the issues well. Ive never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs and always thought repair prices were fair. Bobby and his team are top notch.

I needed extensive engine work this time. Its not surprising. Ive been taking the car on frequent long trips putting on highway miles and hours in city traffic.The people at R & R are cool. Kept me informed. Did the work in a timely manner.My car is running like a top again.I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a 2006 BMW 750LI and it needed all 4 rotors, brakes, calibers, new tires, wheel alignment, rear bearings (both left and right), and an oil change!They scheduled it in quickly and had the car back when they said and when needed. I was concerned at first, seeing all the cars they were working on, but that was actually a good sign. The staff and owner were super nice, explained everything, tried to get the parts for me for the best price, and were very professional! I even had an opportunity to meet the owners parents while there!The prices for the parts and labor were very fair and way cheaper than had I taken it to a BMW dealer. I choose them after doing a lot of research on local auto repair shops in the area, including Wilmington, DE. This place is about 30 minutes away from my home or a $38 Uber charge each way, but well worth it with the attention to detail and reasonableness of the costs.I am coming back again for future needs! At the end of the day, you want a shop that is fair and honest, and I found it here!

Words cannot express the level of customer service. I had an issue with my car. I dropped my car off in evening and left my keys in the box (no note attached). They called me in the morning before I could call them. They asked how they could help. I explained the situation and that I was leaving out of the country the next day. They had my car fixed and ready for pick up that night. I called early the next day because I had a check engine light on. The owner drove to my house, a few towns over, because he knew I was leaving soon for a trip. He explained what happened which was a result of an oil change I delayed to after my trip because I have a free one with another company. To have an owner of a company come to your house on such short notice and at a drop of a dime, at that, is not something I would expect in this day in age of constant dealings with computer automated calls. R & R Auto group is a first rate company with customer service you never see. I will and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable auto body mechanic.

The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to me and even drive around with me to really understand what the issue I was experiencing was. They kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle and were very quick to complete. Will be using them moving forward for any future needs for sure. I always hated going to a shop because I always felt I was getting the run-around or getting ripped off, but I can say I didnt feel this way at all from start to finish.

Briana was fabulous to work with and she made everything super easy. This was my first time having my car serviced at R&R but I would highly recommend them. The total ended up being lower than the quote! How often does that happen. Great experience overall.

1/22/2020. I had been looking for a local mechanic to work on our vehicles. Saw R&R recommended by others and saw how many favorable reviews they had received. Brought the car in for a vibration in the steering wheel when traveling 60-65mph. Concerned it might be some sort of suspension problem. After test driving and confirming problem they then inspected underneath the vehicle. Found no issues with suspension, so then then checked all four tires for balance. Found two tires were significantly out of balance, corrected that issue, then re-test drove the vehicle. Vibration gone. They also let me know the wear status of both front and rear brakes. I couldn’t be happier. Very friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Honest and trustworthy. Not looking to rip you off or tell you you need things you don’t. Prices are very fair. If you have questions the owner will take the time to explain to you in terms you understand.

The mechanics go out of their way to help in any way then can!! They service all of my agency’s vehicles 25 of them and all of my personal cars!! Heard a knock coming from my car and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Brought it to R&R and they where able to do a diagnostic test and pin point the problem. Fast service and most importantly reliable. Friendly staff is always a plus as well!

R & R is a very reliable, fair, accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable group. One can wait in the comfortable waiting room for the vehicle or ask to be driven home if what has to be done is too time consuming. Whether it is a simple wash, detailing, or mechanical, the owner of the vehicle will not be disappointed.

I have used this mechanic for several years (20) plus. They are very honest and do a fantastic job always. They listen to your concerns and devise a plan to achieve the goal. I have recommended them throughout the years to anyone seeking a mechanic and will continue to do so.

Hard to rate auto repair. They are friendly, but it can be a struggle with communication if they are busy.They are fair and I am pretty sure honest. Wont charge you for diagnosis.Id recommend it to family or friends.

Everyone’s experience is different. The mechanics are very nice people. How ever after having my fuel pump replaced 3 times in less than 12 months caused me to question their work or parts dealer. On my 4th fuel pump now and it’s going bad again so it will be 4 within 12 months. After voicing my opinion they will not return my calls. So I had to find a new mechanic and pay for a brand new fuel pump again. Put roughly $2,000 dollars into in less than 12 months ago (which owner worked with me on) and have had nothing but problems since. Would give 0 stars if it weren’t for the mechanics being really nice guys.

I had to stop in today to see if my splashguard which was dragging could be fixed or removed. I was taken care of immediately and for an excellent price. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area!

I had an oil change done by Pep Boys because I had a coupon, and wanted to save some money around the holidays. After two days my car was making a horrible knocking sound, and I pulled it off the road, and called R & R. They came right out, and told me the oil filter had been put on incorrectly, and if I had driven another couple of miles I would have seized my engine. The car was towed back to their shop where they power washed my engine, and did the oil change correctly this time! I leave for work when it is dark, and do not return home until it is dark, so I never noticed the oil stain in my driveway. We had just had the driveway power washed in November, so now we have added yet another added expense. From now on I will go to R & R to get the job done correctly the first time! Fast, and friendly service done by professionals who care!
