I needed an external catheter for my hubby. I went online and found Bowmans. They had a shop near me that carried them. I didnt know there were so many to pick from. Jack was so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much. Its great to know when the need arises youre close at hand.

Mr. Bowman is an angel, I had searched for oxygen for 2 days during holidays and could not find it anywhere, and he went above and beyond to come to his store and get me the necessary equipment, he is a life savior, and he was kind, very professional and extremely generous for taking the time to bring me the equipment. They called 3 times over a two month period about delivery of a bed. Each time I asked about getting help to wheel the old bed to another room (less than 6ft) because were old people. The first two times they said they would call back and never did. The 3rd time Gary? Glen? Angrily asked if I WANTED to pay $50 for this help and why hadnt I already moved the bed?Should the patient have been sleeping on the floor for the past two months?He was so confrontational that I dont feel safe having him in my home and am now exploring other options.

I was looking for a medical supply store with good ratings. I found Bowman home medical and respiratory supplies. Not a lot of ratings, but they were good ratings. So I decide to visit the store not sure what to do due to the virus then I saw a sign and it read sit in your car and someone with be out. So a women opens the door of the store and asks if she could help me so I told her what I needed she seemed really annoyed and said I have to get gloves and I’ll be right out. So I sat there and thought wow she was kinda cold. Someone else comes out to talk to me she was ok. Well I felt like I was bothering them so I got my information and left. The more I thought about it the more I felt like I was not treated very nice. I come home and call and ask to speak to who ever was in charge and the women on the phone proceeds to tell me that she is the owner, so I said “you were the women that I spoke to first and I proceeded to tell her that she was lacking customer service. I said that I work in the medical field and we do not treat people the way she did, she then proceeded to tell me to take my business elsewhere and she hung up on me. If that’s the kind of service you want then go for it!

Helpful and informative staff. They treated me with respect, I had same day delivery. The Respiratory therapist, Alan explained in great detail so I fully understood use and care of oxygen equipment for my family member.When it came time for billing questions, I called the office and they walked me through the insurance coverage.I highly recommend this company.

My experience with bowman medical was horrible, rude,not helpful they refused to try to get me a portable nebulizer said insurance dont pay for I told them they had in the past,I was told i.could try another company never again

Mr. Bowman and his staff helped me get set up with my equipment immediately. They were all very friendly and helpful, and told me to give them a call if I had any questions. I would definitely do business with them again.

They treat you like they care with their actions. they go above and beyond to help you out in any situation. Even answering simple questions on the phone are courteous and informative. I live on the second floor. Had me all set up in less that 10 mins. They work hard so you dont have to.

Went to get oriented on my new CPAP machine. Catherine, Rebecca and the rest of the staff are courteous and pleasant to deal with. Alan Bowman (VP, Director and Respiratory Therapist) treated me with the utmost in respect and professionalism. I was very comfortable talking to him. He was personable and very knowledgeable while explaining every aspect of the use of my CPAP. His 30+ years of experience is apparent He made sure I didnt have any questions and assured me that if later I did, I could call anytime. I support local businesses and he and his staff make that easy to do! I highly recommend going there for all of your home medical needs.
