Amazing and friendly customer service. One of the few places I can go and recognize the same staff which is great. Their selections beats out even the Superstore in Concord which is poorly staffed and poorly stocked. I find everything I need every time I come in. The cutting line and cashier is always managed and quick.

Generally high prices, however there is little choice in most areas unless you live youre a super Walmart. Usually eat store has one person thats fairly knowledgeable in sewing machines, and fabric and accessories. Most of the employees are just part-time. Careful when buying closeout fabric. Prices are only ten or 20% less, and the marking is not easy to decipher the discount.

So, my son decided to switch his project at the last minute. I ordered store pickup on my way home. It was past the cut off time to fulfill. But, the manager Leslie took care of it and personally fulfilled it. Thank you

Always fantastic customer service here. The one in Concord may be fancier, bigger, have more stuff, but I have always had issues there. I would rather go to Pittsburg and ask them to in store transfer fabric than have to deal with them. Be aware, its definitely more worn than Concord. I wish they would update it the way they did Concord. This team deserves it.

Had what I needed to finish my project.The cashier greet me when entering the store and friendly at the end of my transaction.The store was short on employees, so I had to wait in line until another employee could be found to assist with the checkout.Those days this is expected due to shortage of employees.

Never have what I need. You can buy curtain supplies except hangers for pinch pleat. The tiny wires they offer are pricey at best and you have to buy two or more. Amazon has sets of fifty long, three finger hangers that allow the drapes to hang straight without weights. Cheaper.

Friendly, kind staff, a respectable pattern+fabric collection. Wont support really wild projects but you can get what you need. All in all, a solid neighborhood store.

This is one of my least favorite joann stores. And its the location. It is horrible and the store unfortunately suffers for it. However, the staff is GREAT and the manager is awesome. She works so hard with what she had to keep the store as good as it can be.

I appreciate that this store carries a lot of my different crafting, sewing, crocheting, and needlepoint needs all in one place. More often than not the staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell and the quality is good.

Ive always loved Joann but they dont have a large selection or section of pouring paint :( I wanted more of a variety of colors. The individuals are 7.99$ :x and the pack of 4 colors was 14-20$ then a bigger one for almost 30? Staff here is always super humble, kind, knowledgeable and friendly.

Joanns is such a great store, a little exspensive, but love the variety of fabric & craft items you can find their. I visited the store recently & was a little disappointed that they were out of Christmas Decor. I love some of their Christmas designs & colors, just wish they werent all out of it all. Im always greered when i come in, so the customer service is better. Not many staff on the floor to help. It usually takes a minute to get someone, but EVERYTIME someone is in the jewelry section theres ALWAYS a call to that section whether you asked for help or not🤔. They never seem to have a full stock of everything, but Ive gotten to the point of not going there if I have a last minute order unless its something I know they may have.

My Girl loves this place. She can spend hours in there and I literally mean HOURS. For me, if they got a restroom to use and furniture to lounge on while I wait for her it’s all good.

Im a seamstress and sewing teacher in Antioch, and ofter run into Joannes for last minute items, or hard to find items for clients or students. I can say without a doubt, i am never disappointed in my trip to Joannes. They are always helpful, knowledgeable and like today made suggestions on a product that was on sale, and saved me time and money. I have a rush job on a Prom dress for Sat. So time is everything. Thank you Tempy, Kim, Oliver and all the others I have not listed for putting up with me. You CS is the best.

We get scrap fleece for our mice here and it seems a bit overpriced but cheaper than whole fleece online. Its a bit hard to get an employees attention sometimes and Im underwhelmed by their crosstitch supplies.

I go here a lot and it had a nice selection of fabrics and yarn and other sewing necessities. The selection amazing but a of items seem to on rotation, and other fabric stores the colors may vary slightly per roll, so I highly suggest getting all the fabric you need for your project at a time to avoid a fuss later.There are also supplies other hobbies such as clay, painting, stamping, and jewelry making those tend to the base supplies if you want something specific I recommend you check online to see if they carry before making the trip. LolThere are normally a lot of nice coupons too. The workers are friendly and not counting a few misplaced items the shop is relatively clean. The only issue is during busier times in the day they sometimes seem like they dont have enough staff to accommodate cutting and registers so the wait can get a little long for either line so plan ahead to try and avoid the busy hours.

I really use to like shopping here. This particular store is ran down and the air conditioning was huge fans in middle of isles. They still had some decent prices. I was looking for outdoor material, but no one wanted to help customers except for one lady.
