Very nice clean and well stocked store.

Small, limited inventory. Women’s section was ridiculously lacking. You would think that in this day and age they could provide 5-10% of inventory for women.

Why is it when you walk into a place looking to spend $600 on work gear because you are a semi driver who will chain going over Donner but dont look like the typical hard working man who would need this type of gear..... do you get ignored? So 3 items remain on your shelf and not in the hatch of my car! The boots... well its not your fault you didnt have my size.

Nice merchandise and location is ideal .plenty of parking and indoor shopping is allowed.

The gentleman in work world are very helpful and patient. They are very resourceful and know the products and brands well. I refuse to go anywhere else to purchase my husbands work clothes.

They only had 1 pair of what I had selected in my size and they were damaged..

Everything went so wonderfully! The manager Abraham was extremely helpful and I will be returning for all of my work world needs!!

The store was very clean and easy to stroll around and take a look at everything. The employees were very friendly and greeted us at the door. We went specifically for shoes. The employee that helped us was very nice and helpful. She definitely guided us and helped us find the right fit. Awesome experience.! Thank you. We ended up purchasing the TimberlandPRO work boots. So far they are great!!!

I was a kid in a candy store here, so many varieties of work wear, from boots to jackets, the saleswoman was great. I bought a pair of work boots for my daughter that needed a comfortable pair of shoes for her job, where shes on her feet most of the day.

High prices! But who else will have it in the antioch area!? Most of us commute anyways hit up Colma shoe depot or anywhere else you can actually get a union discount with better prices!

Work World has beem around for a long time. They have a good selection, reasonable prices, and plenty of mens and womens work clothes. One note, no more union or military discounts. Even still so glad they are still here in Antioch/Pittsburg.

Awesome customer service. Had boots for just over a month and they failed, switched them out with another pair same brand and same area failed again. They help me get an upgraded pair of boots, only paying the difference, with out any drawn out process. Now my feet will stay happy and dry for the next day of work!All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable too.

My boss asked me to pick up a steel-toe tennis shoe size 10.5 in black or blue. I just called up Work World to ask what she had. I was given brand names and prices. I went with the most reasonable price and told my boss. Perfect, he says, Thats the same shoe I had before, and he high-fived me. : DDrove 15 minutes to pick them up. She had them ready for me and I was out the door.Way to go Work World. Thanks for making my job easier!

Went with my boyfriend to try on work boots. As we walked in, there were about 4 employees up front and not one greeted us. To me thats no big deal, however as we walked to the back to look at boots, we looked around for about 15 min. No-one came to check on us or to ask if we needed to try on anything. All the employees were up front chit chatting and pretending to be working. We had to go up front and ask for help. Couldnt believe the poor customer service. Simply lazy employees that dont care. Dont think i will be going there again.
