Great prices on quartz and granite prefab counters with some very cool /modern patterns. They also have a wide selection of tile and cabinets at a discount as well. U can remodel your kitchen or bath at a fraction of the price if u have some DIY skills. We purchased a quartz slab for a remodel which will cut into 2 pieces and fit both master and second smaller bathrooms for only 300 which is like half of what most others charge for a prefab piece of quartz. Even remnants are much more expensive. To check it out worth a look for sure.

Great place with great prices. Our contractor recommended and he was right. Not a huge selection but we got what we wanted for 3 bathrooms. Kind of do it yourself but not like the big box stores. Lots of contractors there so you know its good. They load everything for you and we had friendly service with Yessenia!

I have been purchasing various supplies here for years, cabinets, granite, flooring, etc. Recently I needed additional flooring to match product I had purchased almost 2 years ago. Even though it was a small order, Miriam gave the order a high priority and placed a rush on it so that the job was not delayed. She even was able to get the rush shipping fee waived. They staff always goes out of their way to make the experience positive. They have a great manager, Ray, who is supportive and friendly. Sometimes there can be a wait to get a service representative or to pick up the orders, but I feel that is because they offer a very good price for the quality of their merchandise which has made them popular and successful.

My experience at this place was fantastic, from beginning to end. I worked directly with Karla, one of their sales employees. She was amazing, always willing to help, knowledgeable and professional.

We purchased 2 granite slabs and 2 backsplash and were told we could return the backsplash if we did not need them. We did not need the backsplash as our installer was able to cut and install a larger backsplash to fit our need from the slabs we bought. When I went to return the backsplash pieces, they would not accept the return. In other words, they lied to us about the ability to return the pieces. Don’t believe them.

It doesnt carry showerheads or cultured marble. Store needs work and it needs better product staging for customer ease of self service. Dont expect anyone to assist in a speedy manner.

Over the years we have done a lot of business at this Expo location, as well as Emeryville. The cost has gone up and the customer service has tanked. The salesman who was helping us literally walked away to get some info and never returned. Left me standing there for 25 min. I was there to buy, but left. I will never return or refer anyone again.

Spoke to a clerk and asked if they had a particular item in stock he said to come in and check. When I asked again if it might be in stock because its a bit of a drive I was told to go to another store and hung up on. Horrible customer service. Unfriendly. Way to lose business and money.

Quite a good selection of granite and quartz.Prices are reasonable.

They have terrible customer Service, their sales people advise you to buy some additional materials and they tell you when your job is completed they can return the left over material with no questions asked, however after trying to retur, their sales person Karla is unable to get approval from the owner for the material at full price, and end up giving you discounted store credit,And when you go back to use your store credit, they claim that they dont show any credit and the owner stand wathes and doesnt bother getting the matter resolved.I dont recommend this place.

Not very good service. There were only three other customers in the warehouse I had to ask twice for assistance and none came within the 20 minutes that I was waiting around. Eventually just left.

Not sure how I can give a better rating. I called at 4:15 and asked “is 4:45 going to be too late to pick up two bathroom counter tops.” I was told “no problem” got there at exactly 4:45 and was told “last pick up is at 4:30” with no sympathy that I just drove 30 minutes to pick up the counter tops. An hour and a half my my life wasted thanks to granite expo. I was crystal clear with my communications and they fell short. Unbelievable, but actually that’s how these businesses are.Edit: Just saw my uncles 5 star review lol I guess some days are better but the people answering the phone need to do a better job knowing what they are taking about.

The company is alright its just that I have a problem with the values and charter of the people at this particular location. Theyre not the nicest type of people and I prefer to utilize one of their other locations because of my own principals.Very unkind and anti community. Just bad folks.

Large, lots of granite, displays, etc. The cost of granite has gone up with the trade war. I am having a custom, four sided, small island made (27x36 inches). I knew I had to buy a big piece that is ok. I know I had to get granite cut and add bullnose to two sides. Price was fair. But to install the piece, on a standalone level cabinet with plywood already installed, was 300 dollars more than other quotes. I didnt use my regular company as they were booked till late January.

It is disorganized. Ive waited for two hours and at the end there was three missing pieces. I was upset.

Very good experience. Lots of inventory. Low key sales people yet very helpful. Jasmine Orozco in the Pittsburg store is very knowledgeable. Prices are unbeatable.
