Today is 08/25/20. Took my car in at 10 a.m. it was ready around 11. Got a rockford fosgate 12 with built in amp. They did very good work. Trust me its worth it. Professionals for real.

Terrible service, asked about installing 2 12’sHe looks at my car and says “it won’t fit 12s”I literally just took my 12s out before I showed up because I wanted to upgrade. I tell him this and he insist they won’t fit...Doesn’t offer a solution for smaller subs, custom box or anything.Better off dealing with BestBuy

I would recommend this shop any day day!! Very polite and professional. They had some issues with my vehicle and the remote start, and they never gave up. Literally worked their tails off making sure everything was perfect! Even when I was waiting for my vehicle, previous customers were in and out asking for quick help and they never hesitated to send a technician out immediately to help them. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

A few weeks a visited the store for the installation of a radio for my van, they told me ok they will doing it ; But when they returned the car with the radio in, there were a noise every time I turning on. So the next day I took the car back to fix the noise; But they could not fix the noise and gave me back the car saying tha the radio was not good. But I paid all fees and some speaker that they stalled and also they disconnect the tweet speakers believe tha the noise came from there. But the could not fix it. There suppose to be a profesional but to not know how to installed a radio and find a error make make me think that they guessing sometimes

The intalation was no perfect, but when speak with the manager, She was very kind and professional, they repaired my problem very quickly, I recommend it

From start to finish this place was a disaster. The woman who answers the phone and works front counter needs some business classes. Also could benefit from writing things down. Three visits and my system still was not installed correctly. Appointment was made prior to installation, yet when we arrived they knew nothing of any Appointment. I asked several times for android auto compatibility for my vehicle and was told that the system they had would do this. Once installed it was not compatible it was for Iphone. They then told me android auto was not wireless at all. Even after I showed them online where it can be wireless or USB. How do I know more than a installation center who claims this is their specialty. I was very disappointed. Then after coming to no sort of resolution I asked to just have it removed and put back my stock system thats does exactly the same thing. Actually my stock system sounds way better then the pioneer face they installed. As im sitting in the office waiting for my vehicle the man who did my installation starts speaking in Spanish about me to the other worker. Problem... I am a fluid Spanish speaker so I let him know. He was definitely shocked. Moral of this review. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Took my car to Stereo Maxx in Hayward and they had me in and out, with wireless android auto and a smile for less. No hassle and it sounds great. Hope this review saves someone from wasted time and a headache. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Talked to the Owner about getting the bubbles or tint fixed something with lifetime warranty that was done there.1 month later and Im still the Priority to get this fixed, per Owner. Had a lot of patience, but lost it now- Time to file consumer complaint with that City also. Bubbles keep expending looking more and more bad now.

I Think this place is great ! I went there today 2/24/18 to get speakers replaced in my 2006 Chevy HHR, the price was very reasonable... the service was so fast ! They had the job done in 45 min, they sound great ! I can’t thank them enough ! I have waited longer to get served a meal at Denny’s ! Thank you SUPERIOR SOUNDS !

About a year ago i bought an alarm system from them for my mustang after it was broken into. Ive caught and detained 3 people because of how effective the alarm is. They took on my car with about 45 minutes until closing and they helped me out greatly. Pantells music box told me i had to wait 3 weeks for an alarm after somebody attempted to steal my vehicle. I went in and they did it same day and cheaper than Pantells for the same system

So basically they wouldnt install my setup because they said my equipment and car was too old..... i kept trying to understand what he was talkin about but he wouldnt install my system no matter what even if i brought brand new amp and subs so i went to another shop that same day and i got everything installed and and now im bumpin. im not sure why they wouldnt install my subs and amp but i ended up gettin everything done

Tweakers run this place, steer clear. Car audio isnt rocket science, but these guys charge like it is. They want over $300 for just a pair of 10 sub and enclosure. $300 without custom fitting, without install, without an inch of copper. Id be surprised if they mounted the damn things in the box for less than $100 more. Go to GM audio in concord if you dont want to get ripped off.GM audio did more than this shop offered for $200 less AND included a 1000W high quality amp, installed it and was done in 10 minutes.

Place was close. It seems the only open for 2 hours a day 4 days a week.
