My cat (of all things) knocked my iMac off my desk and the impact bent the frame and everything went black. He was able to fix the power supply and stabilize the screen, even with the aluminum frame bent. The whole thing cost way less than I thought, and he was quick about it.

Had my laptop in to fix the inverter that had burned out, and it took months for them to finish. After paying the deposit and called to see if it was fixed, they said they fixed the whole thing by simply replacing the screen. Wrong. I just had my bf check it, its missing screws, it was taped in places they didnt replace tabs, they didnt even have the decency to replace what was broke. They probably took my perfectly good screen for their parts, to give me a scratched up one. Top it all off, it doesnt even work anymore. I feel ripped off and used.

There are some great guys who work here! They always seem to go above and beyond to get my items fixed, will definitely be my #1 go to people.

They had received my computer in January and figured out in march that it was completely a loss cause after they sent it off to a mother board place. Now its almost June and I still havent received my computer back so I can get my hard drive off the computer! My entire experience was awful and never got updates unless I called or went in myself to ask about the computer!

I took my laptop to this place a few weeks ago. They said they called me on a Sunday and other days to tell me it was done. Outrite lie. Dont know why they lie. After i went and got it a week later, the search bar wouldnt work. She told me they would call me and fix it remotely later that day. They never called, so i called them the next morning and she said they would call me between 3 and 4 that day. They never called. This place is full of lies and they dont care about the customer. Do not take your computer there.

I took my computer in to get a new SSD put in and a week later I called to check and they said they forgot about it, then told me I needed to pay for the part before they can do anything, another 2 weeks go by and finally got my computer back. Then I take my computer back in there to get a graphics card looked at and they said it was bad, which it was not. My CPU either doesn’t support it or needs a bios update for the graphics card to work, but they couldn’t tell me that. All they said was I bought a bad graphics card, lmao. Then I bring the computer home and they left cords unplugged in the desktop. I will never go back to this place again. Huge waste of time and money.

This place goes above and beyond. I had an external hard drive that I couldn’t get to work, it had several thousand pics and videos on it. Took it to Best Buy where I had bought it and they were so rude, told me I broke the port where the usb plugged into and the only way to possibly recover all the data was to send it off and it would cost at least $2000 depending on the amount of data. I was referred to this store, at first they weren’t able to get it to work, they suggested a place to send it to for data recovery that would be cheaper, so the next day I went in to pick it up and was so surprised, they told me all 4 of their technicians had tried to work on it and finally one of them found a cable that got it to work, they immediately started to transfer the data onto their system. I went to Walmart and purchased a new hard drive for $50 and took it back to them. They were able to get all of my data and transferred it to the new one. Best part, they only charged me $25 to do it. I am so grateful and so impressed by their dedicated effort, I will definitely go back to them for any computer needs I may have in the future!!!!!!
