Very good quality food and staff. If the drive thru line is long, about 12 cars, I recommend going inside and ordering versus waiting in drive thru burning gas for 15-20 minutes. Its definitely worth the wait sometimes though! Also dont forget to check out their secret menu online in case you want something more than what they have on their basic menus.

The food was amazing!!! The person at the window was extremely frustrating. I understand that these restaurants are always busy but I had to wait an excessive amount of time. Hope they get their processes in order and can expedite quickly.

The service is excellent, even for a busy place like this Pittsburg, CA. In and Out. Like it says youre in and out. But the best part of it is the secret menu you can find on line. Like fries animal style or grilled cheese and much more.

The food is always top quality. I came in today and Leo greated me and had great customer service. Ray must be a good manager because the store is clean and no one seems stressed. Alec took my trash and threw it away for me. Remy made sure I had everything that I needed.I want to give all who contributed in the great experience got their due. Ive always loved In-n-Out as kid. I grew up eating their burgers, because thats what a hamburger is all about. The pricing has increased tremendously, but they are still good burgers and I always enjoy my meals.

As usual every order is great.. The bun may have been a day or so old, the way the bread pealed apart in my hand. Ice machine may not be as touchless, parts keep coming apart. OtherwiseIn- N-Out I can count as a good burger and fries joint.

I’ve loved In-N-Out Burger for a very long time, but this is my first time reviewing it(at this location). All I can say is that the menu and the taste of the burger has not changed. Still very good and has not lost that twang (that special sauce). One thing I learned about this place recently though is that they do not have bacon or put BACON in their burgers, good to know right?If you know In-and Out you would know they have other things they serve that’s not on the menu but I can’t tell you :). You’ll have to find out for your self. So I went through the drive thru and it was pretty fast. Literally in-n-out. Living up to its name. The girl at the window was all smiles which is what we all want to see when at the drive thru.My food came fresh and I could not wait to eat it, yes it was good!!! This place does not disappoint. Still love it!!!

The service and food was good But it was a very Hot day and there was the air conditioning was broke pretty much miserable! Also the soda and ice machine sucks and was broke to boot!

Super good there really recommend it the oy problem is the long drive through but I recommend ordering inside instead of going through the drive through because the last time I went through the drive through it took more than 20 minutes and when I went inside to order it only took 10 minutes.

The drive thru is a beast of a line ! As sufficient the workers are the drive thru line should not take so long .. plus its just the way its set up I feel .. blocking the parking lot and then almost getting into car accidents when trying to exit ..

Food tasted just as good as ever! We hadnt been to this In-N-Out Burger in a long while. So we were pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of food and service is still high, even during this COVID pandemic.Even though there were 5 cars in front of us as we pulled in to the drive-thru, we were in and out of there in less than half an hour. Kudos to the staff. They wore masks while they worked.They have options to eat in the car (disposable trays) or at home (paper bags). Their paper products are of fine quality, especially the paper bags and napkins. It was easy to stay clean while scarfing down the juicy cheeseburgers. I had the Double Double Protein Style. My partner had the #2 (cheeseburger, medium fries, medium soda).Overall, we had a wonderful meal.

Perfect staff real nice real understanding. I also loved the transparency as you can see the whole kitchen through the drive through window.

Wait is pretty long, got in line 7:23 by time I got my burger it was 7:44!Burger was a single-double fried mustard, no spread, no salt nor onions 🍔 but I forgot to ask for protein style 🥴 I ate most of the crunchy toasted edge of the bun anyway 😋 yum. My small Arnold Palmer was like 5/8 tea and the 1/4 lemonade 1/8 ice, need to ask equal parts!?

It was good, but I ordered 6 burgers for me and my kids, but when we got home and opened the box there was one missing and one of them didnt get to eat a burger.They forgot to add it to the box.

In-N-Out Burger is the best choice for a late-night, fast-food-chain burger. All restaurants in this chain live up to a high standard of freshness and cleanliness. The efficient staff is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The food is consistently good and fresh. One may choose the wellness of how their burger is cooked as well as the fries--well done makes them crispy which are a good snack for when the fries get cold. There is even a sodium free patty (upon request) to order for the dog! The limited menu allows for good product delivery and reduces confusion.

Food is good but the wait is about 40 min or so in drive tru not worth it imo.

The line was about a block long but they worked fast and took our order in a quikness 😉we were outta there with food in hand in 15mins. Yeah!
