On time, great quality work.
Got a new insulated glass unit that was broken, and a piece of single pane glass cut while I waited, great store friendly and helpful staff... professional company. Definitely recommend for any glass window projects
Great customer service. Promptly help me with the extra thick glass I needed..
Good customer service, reasonable price
Great company! We replaced two cracked windows at our house and Martin was great. He came out, took measurements, and the following week got the job done. Super professional and reasonable pricing. They were quick to deliver and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
ECG&W came out today to replace the glass in several of our windows that had developed foggy glass. They sent out three guys who did a great job. They were prompt, knowledgeable and very pleasant. The price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again.
Great place very helpful and knowledgeable friendly staff
East county glass is committed to customers, they give respect and very attentive.
Very unprofessional! Beware of this company because they have very shady business practices. I called them to get an estimate for window replacement and they were very rude on the phone but thats fine everybody has a bad day, no biggie. Had them come to my home for an estimate and the guy smelled like pot. He was acting abnormal so I sent him on his way. How they stay in business is beyond me.
WARNING!!! BEWARE!!! UNUSUAL BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!East County Glass will give you a 4 hour service window for the technician to arrive; however, unlike every other service provider I have worked with, they WILL NOT honor their service window if you miss their technicians text message or phone call. If you miss their call for some reason (and dont call back within an unspecified amount of time) they WILL NOT COME to see if you are home. I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THIS POLICY. After eagerly awaiting this appointment and planning for several weeks to have my custom shower enclosure installed, this happened today.I tried to resolve this issue with the owner and informed him that I was home the entire time waiting for them to arrive. I also told him I was never informed of this policy. The owner was unapologetic, lacked empathy and questioned me as if he did not believe I was actually home. He also stated he would not install my glass today because he already sent the technician to the next job and that my shower is a four hour job. When I stated his explanation didnt make sense based on the time the technician called me and the time they get off work, he had no answer. I also suggested he start informing customers of this practice but he did not seem receptive, so I decided to write this review to warn others. FTR I called back 1.5 hours after the technician said he would arrive, which was halfway through the service window, I was home during the entire service window, I paid half the cost of installation as a DEPOSIT IN ADVANCED plus I called and confirmed the appointment two days before. The Owner of East County Glass is not concerned with providing good customer service. Rather than apologizing for the miscommunication and/or offering a small discount on this or a future service, the owner chose to lose a nearly $1500 job, lose future business and eat the cost for the custom glass cut for this job. This is unfortunate because the office staff (Bernice and Lynn) had great customer service. Too bad the owner doesnt seem to care how this unusual policy is poor business practice and negatively impacts both his business and customers. Had the company respected their service window I would be using my new shower instead of writing this review.
Ive used East County Glass for all my window needs for the last 15 years. They have replaced the windows in two homes for me so far and the products and services have always been top notch. The crews are clean, knowledgeable and efficient. Last year I had new shower door installed and received a high quality product with fast expert installation. I have always used them for the big stuff but recently I needed some minor screen repair on a rental out of the area that prompted me to write this review. I called and spoke with Tim. He gave me great advice on how to properly measure and any unique features or hardware to look for. The screens he made were a perfect fit and they even had the parts to match these 25 year old windows. I’m a very satisfied customer.
We recently remodeled our bathroom and wanted something crisp and clean to really set the bathroom off. East County Glass not only provided excellent ideas, but they got the job done in a respectable/timely manner.
They have the best price in town got us in sooner than anyone else and fast friendly service
My back Slider was too hard to open they did a great job servicing it for $165. No parts were needed.
Had them replace a broken piece of glass in my house this week. Service was super fast. Glass was replaced next day and the office staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!
Great price for rescreen patio door and great service
Ec glass just installed windows in my house last week. My wife and I were happy with professionalism and speed that the job was done with. Monica was helpful in picking out cascaid windows to meet our budget. As a big DIY guy, who works in construction, I saw that their installers knew their trade. The only con about our experience was that it took a few days to schedule a consultation because their estimator was booked, not a huge deal, but worth a 1 star reduction.
East County Glass has been our preferred glass vendor. With REO properties and rentals needing glass repair frequently, we can always count on East County Glass to get the job done right and at a fair price.
