Professional staff, exceptional work. Bought Cardo headsets for 2 helmets. They were very knowledgeable about the best option for us, and they helped to install them in a timely manner. Definitely my go-to shop for all my riding needs.

Went in for a new helmet as my last one from cycle gear lasted me 8+ years and it was time to upgrade. Staff was patient and knowledgeable of their product and never pushy.

I walked in, no greeting! I got the guys attention and explained to him that I’m a beginner motorcyclist and that I was looking to purchase a helmet, jacket & boots & he replies “ok well lmk if i can help you with anything”. The store wasn’t busy at all, there was only one other female vs three employees. She was Caucasian and she was being catered too! So being that I am a beginner rider I had a plethora of questions about the gear. So every time I needed assistance I had to go out of my way find someone just for them to make me feel like I was bothering them. I asked for a size in a certain shoe, the guy told me they didn’t have it, I then looked myself as I didn’t realize the shoes were on a help yourself basis and found my size. I guess I didn’t realize bcus the employee was gathering multiple shoes for the Caucasian lady to try on so I figured oh I’ll wait for him to help me with shoes & I wasn’t so lucky! After searching for a helmet for about 20 min, I felt so neglected, there was helmets I wanted to compare but I couldn’t reach them & there was no assistance for me. I’m not sure if they thought that I wasn’t going to buy anything bcus I looked broke or what but this was a very bad experience. I walked in that store with a budget of 700$ on some good quality gear and walked out with my 700$ bcus they refused to help me. Now I don’t want to pull a race card here but there was a Caucasian lady getting catered too & I am a black female who has to keep hunting down some help, I felt like a bother!

Great service and very knowledgeable. This is the third time Ive had a tire changed out there and every time they had me in and out within an hour.

The only problem I have with cycle gear is the fact they dont carry much in 5x sizes . I am 6 foot 5 and 345 pounds they dont stock that . Of course neither does any one else .

Went in to get a sand paddle tire swapped over to my dirt bike tire and was told they dont swap used tire. The guys said it was store policy. Find that hard to believe. Since paddle tires are only used for sand and not dirt. Which both tires are off road tires and get swapped all the time. So I called another store and they tell me to bring it down and give them 24hr and gave me a price over the phone. So It was more like the employee at Pittsburg were lazy and didnt want to do it. WHAT A WAY TO RUN A THE BUSINESS. I HAVE BEEN IN THE AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS FOR 27 YEARS. AND THATS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER.

Didnt find what I was looking for but spenser was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me ended having to go to hayward cycle gear but foraure this team is solid qnd they have outstanding customer service.

Better prices on motorcycle tires than eBay when you consider $25 mounting fee for purchases in the store $50 mounting fee for purchases elsewhere.

This Place has great customer service, I recently visited with my 2 year old and they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products I asked for. I called earlier that day and they didnt hesitate to go look for my items and assure me they were Im stock. I dont even ride but for anyone who is looking for they boyfriend/husband or a fellow rider this place is pretty good.

Cycle gear has all the major brand names. Fox, Alpine star, ONeal, Bilt, and many more. To say the least.... I was very impressed. Next paycheck I will definitely be paying a visit. Very helpful sales people. They spent over an hour trying to find the right helmet even trying different liner sizes with different shell sizes. Unfortunately they could not fit my oddly shaped head but they have made a repeat customer out of me.
