This company made and installed awnings for my mother. The installation was less than acceptable. They removed the outside porch light without ever communicating with the home owner. They were short a rod and promised to deliver it. It has been almost 2 years and they still have not delivered the rod. Don’t believe this company values their customers or even attempts to provide a minimum level of service.

I called about a problem with an awning they installed. The owner was so rude! Dont bother with this company.

Would not bother to call Mamaux, they do not seem interested in new business. I called 2 months ago for a replacement awning. Had to call back to even get somebody to respond to my first call. Eventually, salesman Josh said he was going to measure my patio that day. I never heard a word from him, so I called back 2 weeks later. He said he thought it was going to snow that day, so he didnt go. But he said he would get there that week. That was over a month ago and still no response. I have called 3 times and cant get them to make me an awning. I wanted to use them but they have wasted 2 months of my time, so I just called another company. And this is their SLOW season. Cant imagine what service would be like in their busy times.

The worst. Dont waste your time with these scammers. They will not install your awning unless you threaten legal action against them. Blaming Covid for everything this year.

They are great to work with. Efficient, reliable. Didnt have to call them to install my awning this spring. I came home and there it was.

Terrible customer service. Threw away a $3000 awning of mine without telling me as I could not install it because I was getting work done on my house and deck. Owner is rude and doesn’t know the first thing about communicating in a professional manner. Not recommended.

Friendly and they do great work. The blind guys especially knock it out of the park. They did a fantastic job on everything.

Had a stationary awning replaced. Tony measured our frame and four weeks later, it arrived. It was installed while we were shopping. So nice to come home to this lovely surprise!
