A good place to shop for sports and outdoor related products. There are some really good bargains here and of good quality too. I came here for their fast dry, non Iron and breathable clothings....mainly t-shirts. Their workout pants are comfortable and light to wear too. Of course, there are countless things which i cannot mention all in here. Do spare sometime to browse around here and you wont leave without buying something...... that I promise!
Decathlon follows the Covid-19 SOP very strictly and I greatly appreciate that. All customers must check temperature, scan the mysejahtera qr code and wear hand gloves. No trying for all apparels but they accept returns, under certain terms. The place is well stocked, great affordable prices for a wide range of sporting goods, apparel and equipment. Its a huge store but easy to navigate around and is kept very clean, organised and tidy. Store assistants are always ready to help or answer questions and cashiers are fast and efficient. Highly recommended!
This sport outlet chain just newly opened beside of the Federal Highway. Located and attach to Armada hotel, with major renovated building and surrounding with extended open space car park. 2 storey store provide variety of sporting goods, clothing, equipment, accessories, etc. They should have more cashiers than the empty counters.
Since its nearest to the place where we stay we like to visit it for our sports related shopping. It has ample of parking so no worries, staff has always been very helpful to answer all the queries patiently.

Place is accessible via Armada hotel (interconnected). Everything sports. Theres almost nothing you cant find here. Bikes, sports watches, punching bags, basketball etc.2 floors, super spacious. No more free parking at the moment. Join as a member for free to be able to join free sports sessions/classes run by decathlon. They are building a basketball court right outside too. Super affordable prices. Glad they came to Malaysia.Wouldve given five stars if there was a way for people to view their own profile info online instead of checking with the counter staff via their smartphone systems.

Its quite a big store. Have 2 storey. The place and items displaye are very neat n tidy. Got parking discount rm4 from my total bill of rm309. Not sure the parking discount is applicable to all bill amount or certain amount only bcoz i didnt asked the cashier. Enjoyed shopping here compare to other outlets that the items are not so properly displayed.
If you are looking for sport equipments, bicycles, weights, and more than this place has alot to offer. However, one thing I couldnt find there was futsal outfits for females so I was a tinny bit disappointed. Other than that, you can find things even for camping, hiking and diving stuff. Definetly will visit again and explore other stuff 😊👍

Always have had positive experiences with in store shopping at this location. However, the customer service here has exceeded my expectations again. Our elliptical broke under warranty, and the Decathlon team sent out an entirely new product and took back our broken elliptical within hours of us contacting their online customer service chat. Great company to deal with and excellent location.
By far the best branch i have been to. Its so easy to search for an item and the big placement of distance really helps during this pandemic. The inside dedicated parking lots also tells you they are serious about customers so dont worry be happy and shop till you drop at Decathlon! :)
Excellent sop. staff very courteos and helpful. i just bought a swimming goggles and will update this review after using it. pouch designs and price far better than anywhere else. dont bother with their cheap badminton shuttles.

Got many sports merchandise. From cheap to not overly expensive price. So far the quality of things that I bought is good. I even surprised how cheap it was. The place was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful. Got waiting/rest lounge. Parking ticket you pay using tng card or at the exit gate. Definitely gonna come again.

At Plaza Armada - Big and spacious layout spread over 2 floors. The staff were helpful - it wasnt easy to locate the item I wanted, so needed some assistance.
Its good. We can find all kinds of sports apparels here for a good price range but for only decathlon own brand. If someone is looking for specific brands like nike, adidas, then this is not the place.

Amazing place that Decathlon but what makes this place even more amazing is the staff here. The dmstaff here are friendly and so very helpful. One staff member by the name of Deva stands out as the most helpful and genuinely friendly guys out there.
It was quite pleasant because I came on a weekday afternoon. The place was well stocked and clean and good range of very affordably priced items. I was very happy that I found what I was looking for. At the checkout I was initially quite put off when, being a first time visitor and purchaser, I was asked for my email, mobile and address. I dont know if it was intended but the checkout staff cheerfully gave me a shopping bag for the hassle and communicated it well after I keyed in the details and was about to pay for my purchase.
Find this place on google maps. Honestly we were unsure the way through as what we saw is a hotel at first.Anyway the store staff were excellent, great knowledge in product and quite efficient in service. The car park was free might be due to our purchase.Although it would be great if the store could provide more changing room especially consider the store size.

Was at the outlet today and wanted to use the toilet. One of the staff informed the toilet is upstairs and once upstairs and inquired from another staff, seems there are no toilet in the store. I had to go downstairs, exit the outlet and use the toilet in Armada hotel.

I am totally shocked by Decathlon. All my visits here until now have been pleasant except for my visit on 9 August. Please be mindful of the guard you have on duty at your main entrance. He was rude and abrupt. This behaviour is totally uncalled for and reflects badly on the company. These are your fronline staff, they determine consumer experience. Please be more careful and place staff who are more suitable in discharging such duties. If he cant speak BM or English, position him in another area instead of making a display of rude, hard handed behaviour. I am a member and frequent visitor and I am totally disappointed.

The place is spacious, clean and organised with two levels. It was not crowded or.messy. Neat as opposed to the Sri Damansara and the Old Klang Road one. They also give parking rebate which is very inducive. I will go back to this outlet.
The staff handling the bicycle section today 25 November 2020 at 8pm is so reckless and oblivious. I went to change tube and when he installed back the wheels while tightening the axle he managed to scratch both sides of the chain stay on my bike. No respect to the customer property at all. Lesson learnt. Go to a proper bicycle shop next time.
Visited on 27 December 2020 to get a bicycle. met 2 very helpful personal (im not able to get their name).first guy (sales at the bicycle area) was helpful and giving me a lot of advice and suggestion in how to equipped my new bicycle (Van Rysel af 900), such as basic tools, inner tube as well as helping me in getting the right size.second guy was at the bicycle workshop. he explained the warranty, free service policy as well as being helpful in fixing my newly bought accessories on the bike. as i have to learn removing and fixing the tyre, he did guide and help me to ensure im able to do it independently.double thumbs up on Decathlon PJ.

But this branch I only give 3 star is bcz the accessibility (frm the direction of Sunway) is not so convenient, follow Google map but cannot turn right then need drive extra 6mins to make a big U-turn.Spend 2.5hrs here, Car parking rate is RM6= RM2/hr, but they do discount RM4 at the bill.2 level shop. Staff is easy to reach out & friendly. Can use TouchnGo Ewallet to make payment.
