Fast and friendly service! I called on a Sunday at 10:00am to see if they had availability for same day noon pickup. My request was welcomed and two beautiful sets of about 30 balloons total including Mylar, oversized, and twisted latex balloons were ready for us at noon. Teenage kids were really impressed and the balloons definitely had some wow factor. Made cute backdrop for party photos.

I think they do a wonderful job but for it to be $325 I shouldn’t have to give anything back. I was buying I was not renting anything and they wanted the arch back literally came back without me knowing and took it from my backyard. If I did it by myself the balloons weren’t that much money and the arch is not that much money. I don’t know what I paid for but I did not complain that it did not look exactly like what I asked for but for me to not get exactly what I asked for and for them to take the arch back was terrible and I will never go to them again. I would just say be prepared, ask questions and make sure you know everything they’re going to do so you can get everything you paid for.

Easy to communicate with but over priced for what you get. Small arrangements and had to install it ourselves. Any “bang” they provide is not worth the buck.

Balloonatics is the best place in the Pittsburgh area to do your private or corporate events. I highly recommend them. They are a very professional business and the owner is awesome to work with. I have personally used them for a New Years Eve party, baby shower, and bridal shower. Their creative expertise is superb. They are a five star business.

The owner was very nice and professional, she helped me so much with my baby shower and for my grandmothers memorial! Everything was done perfectly and she made sure I had everything I needed

I wish I could give a business a 0. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for balloons for a graduation party. The balance was paid two weeks prior to the party as I was told was required by Tracy (the owner). The balloons were nice-delivered on time to the venue. My problems began when I noticed that I was charged a duplicate amount two additional times two weeks after the party. After calling Tracy (the owner) numerous times--I was told indeed that this was an error and I would be issued a refund. The refund was never issued. I have called numerous times over the last month--with no answer/response. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR REPEATEDLY DOUBLE CHARGING CLIENTS. STAY AWAY!

I️ was charged $24 to fill two large number balloons (that I️ already paid for). You can buy a whole helium tank and ribbon for less. I️ was not told the price until AFTER they were already filled, before I️ got them filled the worker told me $10-12, then suddenly I️t doubled when the owner came down to charge me.I feel swindled by this store.

Such a wonderful place to get all and any type of balloon arrangements. They do a fantastic job and I highly recommend them.

I was charged two times for the same transaction. It appears as if this company does this routinely to clients after reading these google reviews. I have called several times and there has not been resolution. I am alerting the BBB about this as well. I wonder how many people didnt catch this error on their credit cards. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Very disappointed. We used Balloonatics for my sons graduation party. The 1 in 2018 never made it, and two other balloons that formed part of a name also popped before arrival. We were not even given a refund for the balloons that werent delivered not to mention how poor the balloon display looked. I would not use this company again.

I just used Balloonatics for a work event at the end of June. The balloons were gorgeous!! They really made the event awesome! The cost was fair and the balloons were delivered right to us. Everyone wanted to take balloons home. I will definitely use Balloonatics again and recommend this business to coworkers, friends and family!

Balloonatics is terrible. I am not surprised that more than half of the review on here on negative. I am actually disappointed that I even have to give them 1 star. I will be sure to never use them for another event. I had placed with Tracie for a balloon drop for my sisters wedding. When I called to get information she notified me that they had done a balloon drop at that venue before. She did not contact this Venue until 2 days before the wedding. It was then I found out that the venue does not allow there to be balloon drops (funny since they told me that they had just done one). I did not wish to have the balloons any other way. I was told that the balloons were already prepared (doubtful) and that I could only use store credit.I told her that I would never use the credit and that I wished to have my money back It was that same day (2 days prior to wedding day) that I realized that they charged me an additional time. I ordered to have my money back. Tracie than promised that I would be refunded. I was only refunded the additional charge. 11 days later...I have still not been totally refunded...and she will not answer me back on the subject. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SO VERY HORRIBLE.

This is the third time Ive used Balloonatics for an event for my family. From a graduation party, then a birthday part, to a boosters organization evening, Tracie has been so helpful and instrumental in the overall success of the event. I could not be more pleased and will continue to use Balloonatics in the future!!

We used them for a major fundraising event for a nonprofit -- and they charged our credit card twice for the total amount! Way to take money away from a nonprofit. We placed numerous calls to them to have this remedied, but they never returned the calls or fixed it. AVOID THEM!!

Balloonatics is terrible. I will not use them again and I do not recommend them.To be clear – it is not their balloon products I have a problem with, it is their bad business practices. After I placed my order (for $499.71 in balloons) my credit card was charged. The balloons were delivered on time.Two weeks later my card was charged again for a duplicate amount. The owner Tracie told me she would issue a refund. I have not seen the credit. I called and emailed Tracie daily. When she answered (rarely) she always told me that she was out on a delivery and would issue the credit when she returned to the shop. She never did.I have had to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.

Terrible experience! Please avoid this business. The owner is disorganized and dishonest. Our son asked for one thing for his 3rd birthday-- balloons. We arranged to stop by Ballonatics to pick up his birthday surprise at 9:45am (listed business hours are from 9a to 3p). When we arrived, the door was locked and the lights were off. We tried calling the owner to figure out what was going on and arrange to pick up the balloons that we had already payed for (and been overcharged for-- requiring another trip to Ballonatics to sort out) but the owner did not answer.The tears in my sons eyes say it all...

This place is horrible. I ordered number ballons and they were two different colors and i complained to the owner and she said their was nothing she could do about it because she ordered them from wherever she gets them from. I was very displeased with the service from the owner. I am still waiting on my refund from 2 weeks ago i would not recomend this place to anyone.

I ordered balloons for an anniversary event in August. Two weeks after the event they charged my card again for the balloons. Through numerous calls and emails Tracy finally removed the charge.Here we are months later and another charge for the August event shows up.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
