The staff has been very rude lately. Additionally,They’re refusing to sell hair even though that’s the primary product. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The girl was wonderful the product was garbage I payed 179.00 for a bag of human hair bought two bags and the hair ended up being synthetic. When I went there n tried to show them I got told all sales are final. I will never ever recommend this place

One of my favorite wig stores when purchasing wigs. I just wish the owner had better people skills. Your lucky if you can get a HELLO!The neighborhood is supporting YOUR business; at the very least, you can show appreciation! Your customers dont OWE you anything!!

My aunt was in from out of town and wanted to purchase some hair to take back with her. My mother and I took her here and we were told by the owner they werent allowed to look at any of the wigs except a few $20 ones in the front that they were not allowed to touch or try on only purchase. He didnt even attempt to help any of us with anything or to tell us goodbye/good day when he wasnt willing to help us. Seeing how you treated 2 elderly ladies shows me why the store was completely empty on a Friday afternoon. Hope this store closes soon and we get a hair store that wants to sell hair. I took them to Kings in North Versailles by the way. We got way better service and variety there and it was just up the road.

The owner isn’t friendly. The staff is helpful. They probably have want you’re looking for, however other hair stores will too.

I dont like being tricked. I specifically asked for a 1B color in the item I purchased. The sales lady went to back to get the hair. I proceed to gather other items. I go to the cashier pay for my items get home and discovered that1. My item is the wrong color2. The item is the display item that everyone and they momma has tried on.Why wouldnt you tell someone that they are purchasing a display item. I NEVER BUY display items. From now on I will just go to Wilkinsburg. This store is over priced and sneaky.

Been coming here for over 5 years and now all of sudden you have to spend $10 minimum to use a debit card. Who does that? The prices are already a little higher at this location. That annoyed me, theres too many options out there. Wont be back.

This place is horrible!! I brought hot curlers for here only to find out they were the wrong size. I never used them and TRIED to returned them the next day. Well... Even though there is a sign that say you may return within 7 days they only accept hair back. HAIR!! You dont know what someone could do to a bag of hair or a wig for that matter. I will never go there again nor will anyone I know of if I can help it. $33.00 down the drain...

They have the cheapest braiding hair, and the people there are very helpful and friendly.
