John and the staff there are absolutely amazing ! Mattress shopping is on my list of things I want to do just one step above a root canal. However John made the process as smooth and painless as possible; he was not pushy at all and made sure I got the best deal. A few weeks later after I realized I chose a mattress that was too firm I was able to return it for a fair restocking fee. I chose a new one and it was delivered within 48 hours. Delivery guys were awesome as well. Really surprisingly impressed by this place, itll be awhile before I buy a new bed but when I do, I would certainly back!

If you have any trouble with you mattress call Alexandra Ciorra. I live an hour away from the Robinson Mattress firm. There are other Mattress firms that are closer; however, Lexi was the only person to help me with my bed frame that came in all scratched. She was so helpful and got everything fixed right away.
