Online scheduling was so easy. I took my daughter to get her eyebrow pierced by William. It was amazing! This was her first piercing and everyone there was super nice and friendly. I even got some new jewelry for myself! Very calm and laid back environment. Super clean. We will definitely be back!

Hot Rod is the only place I will go for my piercings being that they are certified piercers and know what they are doing. I have gotten pierced at other places before I found them and lets just say it never ended well. None of those piercings are still in place. The staff at hot rod are friendly and have your best interest in mind. They know where to place a piercing on any individual based on the persons facial features. Strongly recommend going here for any and all piercing needs. You can schedule your appointment online which is also great.

I cant recommend this place more! Every time I have been in their shop, they have been so sweet and helpful. Everyone is super kind and hilarious, and they are so knowledgeable about what they do! I have had both William and Samuel for piercings and they have killed it every single time. I had a really good experience here. I set my appointment online and showed up close to closing time. The person working up front was really cool and helped me pick out the right jewelry. The guy who did my piercing was helpful, fast, and thorough. My piercing is healing up nicely and I go for a check in in 5 weeks.

I got my nose pierced in India in a market-stall originally and it did not heal well. I let it close up and wanted to try to get my nose pierced again. Can definitely say without a doubt these guys are the best! Will re-pierced my nose and it healed perfectly without complication and just got the post changed for a shorter length since it is healing perfectly. Definitely recommend this place and the stellar people who work here!

I almost never write reviews, but I absolutely loved this place. I just got my septum done, and I was honestly really nervous with all of the horror stories I had heard from friends who got their septum’s pierced. I walked into the shop and the staff could not have been nicer. They walked me through my options as far as jewelry, told me about the process, and walked me through how to care for it as it’s healing. Then, when it came time to actually get the piercing, he told me everything he was going to do, how it would feel, and exactly when it was going to happen. It is one of my favorite and least painful piercings, and I will most definitely be back.

I had two piercings done each on two separate occasions and I was in and out within 30 minutes each time. I went there to get septum jewelry. Not even a week later it started to turn green. It turned my nose green too. Then when I called they told me no refunds. They also charge u $10 to put it back in even if it’s your own jewelry. Do not recommend unless u like getting ripped off

Ive been going here for over a year now, and I can honestly say I dont trust anyone else with my body. Ive been pierced by all of the piercers here (Jerry, Will, and Sam), and have had nothing but great experiences. It is a high quality piercing place that ONLY does piercings (not tattoos)- this is better because everyone there is a piercing specialist and aren’t doing it as a side gig to tattoos.It is an incredibly clean environment with extraordinary staff. I’ve had 4 piercings done here and have had interactions with almost all the staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and provide a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a piercing.Are they more expensive than some other shops? Yes. Is it worth it? 100%. They genuinely treat you like a close friend. I had never been to Hot Rod before last week, and I have to say it was the best experience Ive ever had getting a piercing. I was extremely nervous going in but the guys were awesome and helped me to relax and answered all my questions. Sam did my piercings and was awesome, he really took the time to make sure the placement was even and just right. He talked me through the whole process and kept things breezy to keep my nerves down (including recommending I turn away from the tray so I didnt see the needles and freak). I came here as a recommendation from my sister, all of the staff members were incredibly friendly and amazing. They were very accommodating and always asked if you had any questions, made you feel very safe. All of their jewelry is implant-grade (HUGE selling point for metal allergy people). My piercer, Will, did an awesome job as it’s not uneven at all and the swelling didn’t even make it look crooked. Incredibly clean, definitely made you feel safe, lots of privacy for the actual piercing process, sterile environment. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m honestly blown away. I went on Saturday and got my septum piercing done here with my friend and it was such a great experience! My piercer was Will and he was very friendly and informative when I asked questions. Everyone in the shop was incredibly kind and it had an overall good vibe in there. It made me feel safe because they took our temperatures and had us use hand sanitizer as soon as we came inside. I recommended my friends to go there and if I decide to get anymore piercings I will come back here for sure!

They were pretty booked, so I had to schedule an appointment a week away. When I arrived, I called to let them know, and I waited not even five minutes before I was allowed in. The shop is very clean, and all of the staff is very professional. Sam did my septum piercing, and he did a very good job of making the space comfortable for me. He located the correct spot fairly quickly, and the piercing is completely straight. 10/10 would recommend!

Theyre pretty helpful and knowledgeable when it somes to piercings. I needed my dermal fixed and this was done but when finished, it was crooked, has givin me some issues but looks good.

First off, the shop is absolutely beautiful and clean as it could be. Their precautions during this pandemic was not only responsible but well implemented and maintained. They gave me hand sanitizer, took my temperature, and gave me all the details before I even got my nose pierced. I had Tanner helping me at the front desk, who was beyond helpful, and Jeremy (I believe that was his name I’m terrible at remembering these things) conducted my piercing.Tanner gave me all the details for how the process was going to be conducted and how to properly maintain my piercing. Furthermore, each staff member was very professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that I was there.First time getting a piercing and I wouldn’t have wanted it to go any other way. It was quick, painless, and the care from the staff made me feel as if I had always coming here. I got my belly button pierced here over 20 years ago. It has since closed, but in the past year, I started getting piercings. 2 in my nostril.I made an appointment for me and my daughter to get pierced yesterday. I got my philtrum, and labret done, she got a philtrum piercing. From The minute we walked in, I was impressed. The place is immaculate, they follow COVID rules, and everyone there from the guy who went over the paperwork, and helped us pick out jewelry, to William who pierced us, was AMAZING!!Although the procedure was spicy, Id do it all over again with them.

I got a septum pierced here. It was so fast and they found the sweet spot perfectly so it barely hurt. I later called because a cartilage was healing weird and they helped me out over the phone perfectly.

This was an experience that we will never forget. My wife and I scheduled online, showed up on time, and she had an eyebrow pierced that didnt hurt and turned out perfect. Jerry (I’m bad with names) the piercer fixed a piercing for me that was done poorly at another shop. He was super well informed and extremely nice. He was so gentle and gracious about changing my jewelry to a safer piece on an already sensitive piercing. The front of house female employee was also exceptionally kind and helpful. They also have a huge selection of beautiful, unique jewelry. Will be recommending everyone here for piercings.

First of all the shop is beautiful inside, great displays with a nice variety of jewelry at many different price points. Once you walk in the vibe in zen, comfortable and professional. All of the staff inside are engaging and kind. I got pierced by Jerry. I loved his energy and his passion for his work. I’ve had my fair share of piercings, and I felt like he really took the time in what he was doing. Talking to me, double...triple checking everything. Very knowledgable and helpful staff with tons of gorgeous jewelry. Very clean and well run with private peircing rooms. They talked with me to make sure my peircing was exactly how I wanted it, and all told my first cartilage peircing was a breeze. It has been 9 months and Ive fully healed with no issues. Ive since moved out of state and still plan on flying back for the rest of my peircings.

It was an awesome experience all around, and the price was pretty reasonable. $85 for both ears and some simple jewellery seems pretty good to me for the awesome service. if you want a piercing, go here!
