Copies At Carson went above and beyond our expectations for stationery. We bought a template from Etsy and designed the Save Our Dates, invitations, return address labels, and other documents ourselves. Copies At Carson was able to take our design and get them printed usually within 24 hours, all while helping us with sizing and paper weight. Any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally. Very easy people to work with and every order they completed looked fantastic. Their prices were very reasonable.

Copies @ Carson is by far the best print shop I have worked with. I am an artist that makes books by hand, so printing for me is always a struggle. C@C understood exactly what I needed, is always quick to respond, more than fair pricing, and absolutely BEAUTIFUL work. 10/10 would recommend, and I will always go to them for any projects. Also, the shop is cool and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Local copy shop with good prices and a great turnaround time. They do everything from signs and banners to wedding invites and photo prints. I cant recommend them highly enough. Ive even gotten canvases made here.

If I could give Copies at Carson more than 5 stars I would! We are currently planning our wedding during the global pandemic and it has been nothing but hectic and stress. But copies at Carson made it so much easier for us. They were professional, responsive, their work is incredible! The best part is that they had our invitations ready for us in ONE DAY!!!!!!! The shop was quick to respond to my initial inquiry as well as the 10+ follow up emails worth of questions I had. I allowed them to make an executive decision on the best paper choice for our Save the Dates and they turned out great. The prices were very reasonable, and they were upfront with providing a quote. Very pleasant on the phone as well, and made it very easy for me to pay over the phone & have a friend pickup. I would definitely recommend.

They usually do quality work, but Ive been really disappointed in my last few visits. First of all, I had to go out of my way to pick up a redo of my business cards, since they accidentally printed the wrong ones. Okay, accidents happen.But this is what I am mostly upset about... I understood there would be a fee for making changes to my business cards. They told me it would be $12, and I was agreeable to that. But when I went to pick up the document, I found that they were charging me approx $40 for the edits. I just dont understand why they didnt tell me up front that they were going to charge me more than I was initially quoted.

At the beginning, service was great. Over time the service became a issue. I was having black and white photos of positive African American leaders printed at $3.21/each on their thinnest paper for a art project I was working on. Suddenly I was being sent invoices for the same photos to be printed at $56 - $86, each. Their explanation was that they couldnt use the plotter machine anymore to print my work, its strictly for architects. Wheres the customer service?! You be the judge.

Agents were quick, friendly, and very helpful. Quote was competitive to other retailers in the area. Good options for custom printing jobs. Anytime we need anything printed in the future, we will check with them first!

I dont have a printer at home and do a lot of eBay sales. So, i do alot of my shipping label printing at Copies on Carson. The employees know me by name and are always super friendly. Its way cheaper to use the internet here then at the FedEx shipping center down the street. Just a nice spot with great customer service!
