I called this store and left a message yesterday. I was looking for a certain ring I saw on the pandora site. Before I drove the hour to this store I wanted to make sure they had the ring and size but as of now, no one has bothered to return my call. Dont worry, I called another store, farther away and they answered. They had the ring. So I drove to greensburg to buy it.

My Mother asked for a new charm for her Pandora bracelet for Mothers Day so while at Ross Park mall we stopped in and bought one. The sales lady was super nice and helpful and showed us exactlty what we were looking for. We ended up getting her the Mothers Day charm that is in a shape of a book and opens up to let her know how thankful we are of her. It is perfect for any Mom who loves to read books, loves her family and her Pandora bracelet!

Had an in store pick up. I waited 18 minutes because the associate was bullshiting woth a customer and paid no attention to me. Ridiculous and horrible service.

I purchased a bracelet in January and had a good experience initially with the store. However, the clasp of the bracelet continually opened and the bracelet and charms fell off. I completely stopped wearing the bracelet soon after buying it when I realized that it would not stay on. The clasp was constantly coming undone. My husband called the store and they said to bring it in for them to look at and to return. However, when we brought back the bracelet at a time well within the return window, the associate at the store said that they could see nothing wrong with the bracelet, and it says on the receipt that the products are un-returnable if they have been worn at all. She would be happy though to sale me a new bracelet. She also suggested the bracelet fit (which they measured when I brought it) may be wrong, but they couldnt take the bracelet back because there was nothing she could see wrong with it and I had worn it before. She also had a second woman look at it that said the same thing even though I could of probably put it on and walked around the store for 20 minutes and had it fall off.I understand that may be their return policy in store, but I looked up the reviews for the bracelet I brought on Pandoras website and 6 of 7 reviews mentioned that the bracelet did not stay on and one person said that they lost it completely when it fell off. I feel that $115 dollars is way too much to pay for a product that will not stay on as intended, and I ended up calling customer service. After a 45 minute hold, I got through to someone and they agreed that the design of the bracelet was probably faulty and offered too exchange it right away. The experience with customer service was much better than I experienced in store.Although in the end Pandora did make it right, I did not appreciate the hassle of having to call customer service and having to ship back the faulty product. I also thought that it was rude of the associate to try to sell me something else after the original product did not work. I would buy again, but I would read reviews on the website before going to the store.

Put an old charm in a new bracelet and it got stuck🥴 took it back to see if theyd be able to get it off and thank goodness it was under warranty!!! It had to be cut to get the charm off but I did get my bracelet replaced 🤗 Pleased and and zi am gonna personally retire that charm😅

Staff is always so helpful. We buy a lot of gifts here. I like how they keep your purchases on file. Everyone is pleasant and patient. We will return

Excellent excellent excellent. Honestly I can’t even describe how happy I am with the service here. I was there yesterday really worried about a ring that’s special to me & the woman at the desk was so helpful & I haven’t had that good of service from anywhere in a long time. Sometimes in stores I often feel only valued so the store can make a sale but I honestly felt appreciated & I live an hour & 30 minutes away from here but I will DEFINITELY be back.

Beautiful products, HOWEVER, they double charged my account and when going to the store multiple times and calling them to deal with the issue, I was pushed to the side and was told to call my credit card company and deal with it myself. Discover then had to file a dispute to deal with this issue, will not go back to any Pandora simply because of this

This place was truly amazing. From the clean welcoming environment, to the nice staff. I had a hard time choosing out a bracelet and to the rescue came a very nice staff member to help. They are always looking for a way to help.

Unless you look middle-aged, don’t bother coming to this store. I walked in with full intent of getting a few pieces, but after being passed by three times, I left without anything. I understand I look younger than my actual age but if you can’t give everyone the same respect that comes into the store, then you shouldn’t work in customer service. Very rude. Very wrong. Very disappointed.

As a regular Pandora customer, I am very disappointed in the customer service I received today. My mother and I went in to get her bracelet cleaned and we were told that they were “too busy”. This is something I’ve never heard before, and I’ve visited pandora in multiple states. After the money invested in pandora bracelets and charms, I’m considering trying to find charms in places elsewhere. Pandora please strive to provide better customer service, especially to loyal customers

Worst experience I ever had in a retail store! I made a purchase for almost $300 and thats not my first time being a costumer at Pandora. I was $20 undercharged and I was willing to pay it. I was joking about not paying the $20 with the sales person that was helping me and having a nice conversation until the manager walked out from the back room and asked what was going on? The sales person then informed her that she undercharged the purchase and that im refusing to pay it jokingly. Then the manager in a serious manner said, Thats ok, if he doesnt want to pay we will call the security now! Here I was shocked with what she said and the bad costumer service that she was providing as a manager. Im a regular costumer and I did not appreciate that. She almost called the security on me for their own mistake, while I was willing to pay the undercharged amount. I will be returning the things I purchased that are worth almost $300 and never returning again! (Tiffanys is right across from you guys).The date & time I was at the store: 02/13/18 at 8:45PM

Got a great ring and was pleased that they had a rose gold in a size 5. Great service.Updating my review and dropping a few stars for the local pandora for sharing my shopping $ amount. I feel that what I purchase should be private and not for public knowledge. Just bc someone knows your number you do not need to show them copies of receipts on your ipad. I will no longer shop at this location.

This store is completely incapable of helping anyone that goes here. I went here in december and had to wait for an employee mean while there was one standing taking names..... if that was a real job wed all be rich am i right? but i was charged $53.80 and then found out in JANUARY a month later literally a month. it never went through and was now charged. I did contact the main headquarters of PANDORA and got no were other than a 25 dollar gift card. when i receive it i will shred it because i will never buy anything from here again. the person i talked to was like OH WELL ITS OUT OF OUR CONTROL THEIRS NOTHING I CAN DO other than a gift card yes I was told that to me a consumer that had bought from your store. and you could have taken 25 off of my transaction for my inconvenience. Because now i had 53.80 robbed blind of me after i made a purchase a month ago and was never charged till now. there has tro be a crime against this. and also i had to borrow money from my family because i was low on money and couldnt pay my car insurance for the month. so pandora think next time you wanna NOT offer help. and by the way im a 16 year old boy who works my a** off for money and to live and you guys scammed me blind. i will never be at this store nor wil i ever make another purchase from here again or online.
