The staff and owner are Beyond wonderful, wonderful is honestly downplaying how amazing the store is in the collection that they have. If I had my choice I would only shop there. Excellent service. We found the perfect wedding rings here and they were priced really well. We took advantage of a sale they were having.We agreed that we could have paid easily double elsewhere. Great staff too - they were very kind to my 2 year old daughter.

This spot is incapable of doing loans on high valued items such as Rolex’s and heavy gold jewelry. Also the few (2-3) nice items they have in the store are WAY overpriced. This store seems to be set up for $20 loans on costume style jewelry.

Ive always had great experiences here. Because Pennsylvania lending laws strongly favor the borrower, there arent many places to get a jewelry backed loan in the area, but Sparklez is top notch. Excellent service, fair, honest, and straight forward. Theyve gotten me out of a couple binds with courteous, polite, and quick service, and their selection shipping jewelry is interesting and varied, with very reasonable pricing. This is exactly the kind of business where I feel good spending money.

My fiancé and I had been searching for wedding bands for what felt like months. We had different opinions on the amount of bling we wanted - I’m very plain and simple, and he wanted a little more (for lack of a better word-) sparkle.I drove past this store at least twice a day - to and from work - (to show you that A) they’re a local small business and B) they’re easy to find) - and decided one day to go in.It was then I realized that the reason that we couldn’t find the perfect rings is because we hadn’t yet seen them.Sparkles specializes in antique, vintage, and estate jewelry, and if what you’re looking for isn’t there, they know a network of other jewelry vendors who might be able to find exactly what you need. Luckily I saw a ring on my first visit that I just couldn’t get out of my head. And to my fiancé’s pleasant surprise, it was very much more “blingy” than what he ever thought I’d agree to. (I think the reason I avoided it before is because other big name jewelers men’s rings were so cookie cutter, and the stones set in them seemed to be there only for the sake of impressing people...but the men’s rings here, being almost one of a kind, integrated the stones into the design in a way that seemed more understated and less pretentious...so much more care and personality in each item.)On my first visit I spoke with Keith, who was so informative and didn’t make me feel pushed into buying anything. This is by far the BEST place to get your engagement ring. My ring was from an estate sale and we paid a fraction of what the true value was. In addition, the quality is way better than what you get at the big box retailers. I wanted an emerald cut diamond close to 2karats with good color and clarity and Sparklez had it. My fiancé would’ve paid quadruple at a Zales or Kay’s!
