I shopped the order on her easy-to-use website, picked an available delivery time window, and the order was delivered on time right to his apartment door. Talk about service! He even called to say the order arrived in perfect condition, was delivered by Lisa herself, and that she couldnt have been nicer to him! To a Mom living in another state, that’s incredible peace of mind. I emailed with a question the night before delivery and Lisa replied back right away. Thank you for your amazing service! Best Grocery Delivery does not offer it nor do they work on weekends.If you want variety or a wide selection of items to choose from, forget that too. Some categories have only one or two overpriced items.They do offer a limited amount of items from both Giant Eagle and Sam’s Club. A very limited amount. Giant Eagle has their own delivery service now and you can shop Sam’s Club’s wide selection through Instacart.If you’d rather not pay twice as much as you would for the same item at other stores like Target, Giant Eagle or Shop N Save, then you should look elsewhere.Oh and Best Grocery Delivery Pittsburgh will charge you a convenient $30 fee if your order exceeds $200 - which is not hard to do with their inflated prices. Then add driver tip...Having my groceries delivered should not be an inconvenience. Best Grocery Delivery Pittsburgh is neither convenient nor economical and I do not recommend their service. We’re fortunate to have far better options now for grocery delivery, why limit yourself.

My grandmother had oral surgery, and I used Best Grocery Delivery to send foods I knew she would be able to eat. With the age of my grandparents, I was worried they might not hear the doorbell, and with me being out of state, I was concerned about them being safe from the delivery driver too. I called and to my surprise, the owner answered. She explained she was on her way to handle the order herself personally, and even offered to send me a text to confirm. My grandparents adored her- she was polite, talked to them, made them feel safe, and all of the food was excellent quality. She text me a photo of my grandmother with the biggest smile!
