Poor service. Started decent, but ended poorly. I came there to do a 16x20 1pg print job. It was busy with many customers and only one customer rep so I tried to be patient. Once I got my turn in line I needed to provide additional information so I got out of line, but once I was ready and had my info she continued to handle other customers. I think she must have processed 6-8 customers before even acknowledging me. She gave me no indication as to when I would get served and just kept handling other customers. Two customers were even kind enough to say, “he was waiting before me”, but she seemed indifferent. I finally decided to leave and she mentioned she could do the print later and email me, but at that point I was ready to leave. I understand 90% of the customers seemed like straight forward AMZ return package customers as my print job would have probably held up the queue, but she could have easily told me that when I initially arrived and saved me 15min of my time. Went to FedEx and had it done in 10min
I have been to many different UPS stores and this one blows them out of the water. I worked with Greg and Pam and they both were super helpful with all my needs. Greg was going above and behind to make sure my project got completed. There is a closer UPS to me but I will drive past others to to support this store.OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I used to use this location to do my Amazon returns but I always feel like a bother to the staff when I come in. Definitely not a reflection of UPS as a company!

We just left this location and Pam took great care of us. She was genuinely very friendly and personable. Not sure where these negative comments are coming from, but she was quick, kind and made us laugh. For any Amazon returns, we will be visiting this location all because of Pam! 😊

Service at this location has been fine for the most part between parcel drop-offs, pick-ups and other minor things Ive needed to do.But I have no interest in supporting a business where the staff can wear political garb at the register (in this case, a Trump hat). Vote for whomever youd like, but Ill take my business elsewhere.No surprise that every negative review is the customers fault on here, seems to be their general attitude.

I needed to send something back to Amazon and found out that this UPS Store handled this kind of return. When I went in, I was welcomed warmly, and they showed me exactly what to do. I could not remember the order number and they let me use their computer to access my account for a very small fee, and then they took care of wrapping, packing, and sending.They were cheerful throughout. I recommend this UPS store for all your shipping and copy needs. They were great.
This store is fantastic! They are reasonably priced and the work they did is amazing! Greg, Pam & Jean worked with me to print my wedding invitations, giant seating chart and programs. If there were 6 stars they would get them! Thank you again for a job well done!

I was trying to return a defective printer from Amazon to this location. Amazon told me that I didnt need a box, but I brought the printer box anyway. UPS told me a different story regarding consolidation, so I had to use the box, which was fine, except that I didnt have tape, and this place is too cheap to tape up boxes for customers. Apparently angering customers is worth the saving of 1 cent of money for the amount of tape needed to tape one box. Also, the employee had a rude attitude when I handed the box over without tape. I ended up not returning the printer, because I am not paying their exorbitant prices for tape at this location. Obviously, saving every last penny is more important than having happy customers to UPS.
I have only ever dropped Amazon returns at this location, but I always have a pleasent experience. The staff knows I am looking to get in and out quickly. The parking in front for UPS customers is super convenient.
The customer service at this location is terrible. I came in to return a pair of shoes and needed a small piece of tape placed across the short end of the packing box. I was told that they could not put a piece of tape on for me and that I would have to buy a whole roll from them. Its not that I minded buying the roll...not at all. It was the nasty way that it was said to me and the complete lack of interest in providing any semblance of customer service. I did buy the roll; the girl at the counter proceeded to tape the box numerous times and in another place, even though I had only disturbed the original package at the one end where there was just one layer of tape. Thats fine...I guess she wanted to make her point. I hope they enjoy whatever profit they made off of that roll of tape for I will never return. There are several other UPS locations close by that will get my business in the future. This is actually the second time I went to the McCandless location; back in December I returned something and they were cranky as well. They need to learn to paste a smile on their faces; customer word-of-mouth is everything!
Only complaint is the customer service!!!! They act like you are inconveniencing them.They are rude, not at all friendly !!! The older woman is the worst! This is the customer service industry,(the bare minimum of service required)you have to be nice and approachable for two minutes at most and well they all fail at that!!
The girl working was rude. I just received a package that all contents was stolen out of package and resealed and the girl could careless. The content was not told to the UPS employees at Harlingen Texas location and yet the employee later but cash and gift cards were in package when there were no gift cards. Cash and very expensive cigars were in the package and stolen at the store location bc the package could not have been fixed in the manner the employee did in order to ship out. The girl at UPS said they don’t insurance or cover cash, gift cards and coins which gives UPS employees the go ahead to steal without an consequences! Sickening!!!
This location printed brochures for my business, they look great and we get a lot of compliments from our customers on our brochure. The staff helped adjust everything for printing, it was great! We recommend this location and the staff are wonderful and helpful!
Run by rude people especially the women work there, terrible customer service too.
They are the best. Im always treated well. My work is done quickly. When I pre-order, the turnaround time is good. I do all my copy work here and have recommended them to others.

Amazing store I was helped by a nice young lady her name was Pam she was so nice even tho it was like 3 mins to closing she took the time to explain some things to get a package that I was in Dyer need of shipping I couldnt have asked for better service thank u pam
This store is the worst, the worst working attitude. I had two shipments this morning. I did not seal the box. It actually needs a few inches of tape. The lady refused to give help and said you can buy tape in the next stop. I think she was not happy because I interrupted her chatting with another people. So I came out that store and went to FedEx. FedEx helped me sealed two boxes, even one of them was not their business. It is not the first time I met such a situation. The lady who works there really needs training. She can quit job if she doesnt like working there.
The guy working the counter was great. However, I cant rate them highly because they charged me $2.00 for bringing my copy job in on a USB key. Ive never been charged for that at any other UPS store, or any other copy location for that matter. Ticked me off - not sure Ill go back there. Literally took the guy 2 minutes to open the file and print it - the equivalent of $60/hour is a pretty steep labor charge ...
Shocking upcharges. A first class rate small box was $10 to ship here I asked them if they added a fee to the amount and they were evasive about the answerI don’t trust evasive withholding peopleI went to the post office and it was $3BEWARE. THEY CHARGE A LOT TO HANDLE PACKAGES

Ive called this location 3 times at different parts of the day during business hours. No one answered. Along with other reviews, I see this is standard customer service at this location. :(
The people were unhelpful - they seemed out of it and uninterested. The computer I was printing on broke. The computer automatically selects black and white so I had 40 useless copies of promotional materials. Just wish the staff had been more helpful.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. The rude woman wouldn’t even acknowledge our presence, and then when I told her I had the barcodes for them to scan she pointed me to a computer and abruptly walked away. Terrible attitude and horrifying people skills.
Much nicer and less busy than the McKnight location. When I need to ship a package, Im usually in and out within minutes.

The women that works here charged outrageous price for the notary plus insane clerical fee that doesnt make sense with respect to market price. She seemed to lack courtesy and respect. If you come here you will loose your money and may not be treated nicely. I regret going there
I was just charged $2.50 **PER COPY** for an 8.5 x 11 black and white print on standard paper. Should have been under 10 cents a print, as it is at every other copy center. Go to Fed Ex Office and save yourself the headache and the money.
