People are nice but the prices have gone up. They shouldnt call themselves five below because not all of their items are five dollars or below.

Good place to shop if youre on a budget. Nowhere as big as a Walmart, which has much more variety. But its definitely a place worth checking.

Clean store. Prices are great. Had a young man named Jason help me and was very kind.

Shopping during these difficult times waa still very enjoyable Five Below has so much to offer! And I felt safe shopping in there.

One of my favorite stores these days!! They make it so easy and affordable for a family of 7 to treat ourselves to something a little (and affordable). The store manager is a great guy too!

I always love going to five below. Its great for gifts, books and just an assortment of unique items.

5 Below is where is do shopping for birthdays, Christmas Stockings, jokes, t-shirts, make-up, crafts, you name it they have everything, and as the name implies its very reasonable! The employees are extremely friendly and helpful, they always say hello! If they cant help you find it, they will always offer suggestions. I have found some of the best gifts and items for my home here. They have birthday party supplies, cards, way too much to list, I recommend everyone stop in at least once, you will be hooked!

Decent stuff for decent prices. Great candy selection. If you need phone accessories and dont want to break the bank head there.

Lots of different things that are priced no more than $5 . Geared towards a younger clientele. Good for picking up a gift on way to a kids Birthday Party. Easy to find things. Staff friendly.

So Im here at Five Below Pittsfield, the hours posted for Saturday are 9 am to 10 pm. However, its 9:17 am and the doors are still locked with nobody inside. I called the store number and no answer. I have watched 3 other customers try to enter and they left because the store is not opened. Clearly better staff is needed.

Five below is your typical franchise five below.All of the items are reasonably price and it is the type of shop you stop into and don’t know what you’re going to get.A fun place to stop when you have a little bit a time.

Michelle was amazing! I bought 8 tiki lights while with my two little girls and Michelle took the time to bring us to our car and hold my daughters hand across the street and loaded my car with the tiki lights while I put them in it! Best customer service I’ve ever had there! Thank you!

Love this store. They have a little bit for everyone, from games to makeup, to clothing to rugs for youre home. Very happy.

Five Below is the perfect store to purchase any one time use item. You can buy many things here, but do not expect to own it for very long as almost anything found at Five Below breaks within a month or so. I strongly recommend to not buy any electrical things here, like headphones or chargers, as they break extremely fast even if you take care of your things. I still like to go Five Below to purchase some things like candy and cheap toys.

A lot of stuff is great and worth the money, but there are some things not worth going cheap with. And occasionally there is the cheap item not worth the $5 but not to often do you see that. Also beware, things in the cart add up really quickly if you dont pay attention.

Love the girl who welcomed us to the store Friday night @ 7 pm...she made us feel like a friend that was excited to see you!! We spent well over an hour in the store..you can ALWAYS find fun and unusual items at 5 Below....Love this store!!!!
