Avoid if possible. Gas prices on the higher side, pumps often malfunction. Long lines, busy store, needs more cashiers and helpers. Security right on top of you feels creepy. Clean and larger than average store but lots of low-lifers mingle about. Mask wearing for all customers not enforced.

Always open, usually entertaining people outside when its really late, and the staff are friendly. Also, the night shift always has an armed guard in store.

Coffee was cheap .69 cents and was actually good coffee. And I bought a bacon egg and cheese stuffed hash brown. It was fresh and delicious, I instantly feel in love. Not to mention the employees were all super friendly and helpful. They have a fresh new look and offer a lot of healthy options as well for grocery type foods. I will definitely be returning to this gas station .

The place is great. Great staff, great food, new equipment. Cant ask for much more. I especially like that their pumps dont reject my Stop & Shop rewards card like every other station does. They read it right first time, every time.

Apparently they dont make food in the afternoon anymore? They use to have hot food out until the late afternoon, now if you go in at 10:30 AM and theres maybe two over heated items left from breakfast. The cold sandwiches they do have taste like plastic and are always half soggy.

The manager passive agressively hovers over customers he doesnt like, and its purely based on appearance at that. I wonder if hes even from Pittsfield. Everything else though is great. I feel bad for the employees that work under him, must be uncomfortable having to deal with him.

I went in and granted its nice but they are over priced and their coffee is bitter I was approached by a lady with longer brown hair with blonde highlights who has a bad attitude and couldnt even smile or greet you and when I asked if they had large cups she snapped and said you need to wait I need to do this coffee first and then told me to go get a cup from the soda station instead they definitely do not have the customer service skills I will stay with Cumberland farms they have great smiling faces and prices
