If u are using your card at Berkshire Roots Buyer Beware! They ring you up differently depending on the cashier you have. Do your math b4 or else you will probably get over charged

The office has no privacy. The patient before me had to read out his social security number where everyone in the office could hear them. When I went to ask about MMJ, the nurse told there were no direct answers on how it affects anyone. I didnt receive any booklets or info on MMJ (laws, suggestions, how it works?), because the nurse is a shill for the local dispensaries. When paying, I had to inquire about a qualifying discount which they refuse to honor despite phone calls and emails. Find another doctor.

Medwell is the place to go for certification. Appointment making is a breeze, Barbara Shea Tracey is knowledgable, professional, and always on time for my appointment. Its a pleasure to meet with her and Rob is proficient and professional as well.

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was. So friendly and informative. I wish I had gotten my card years ago. They have an awesome voucher program with a couple local dispensaries. It gives you pretty much all of what you pay for the card back with free products. I was able to go to the dispensaries immediately after with my temporary card and got 84 dollars worth of medical marijuana for only 34 dollars. Great service at MedWell. I highly recommend them.

I was nervous about coming into medwell today but once I went it I was shocked at how quick the process was! I went in, filled some paperwork out, got asked a couple questions and then I had my medical temporary card! I couldn’t believe how fast and easy it was! Barbara was amazing! She was so kind and so sweet! And the front desk clerk was very nice as well and helped me out with any questions I had! I highly recommend medwell!

Just went there to get a medical marijuana card. I was helped right away by Will.He got me 10 dollars of the initial 200 and then because I have Mass Health it was free to register with state . Which they did for me !! I walked out of there with a temporary card all registered with the state! I didnt have to do anything they take care of it all! Plus the vouchers you get. You pay 190 but you get 400 dollars of free medicine right off the bat. It was a really good experience. If you are planning on getting a card or rennuing your card you should go here They will take care of everything and there super friendly. Thanks again!!

These people were so nice and friendly and helpful. I felt very safe and comfortable talking to them, they had all the answers I needed. They were especially helpful when I was desperately trying to get my Registration with the CCC (which btw are HORRIBLE and extremely RUDE to deal with). Medwell knew exactly what to do and within an hour I had my card. Highly recommend this business.

The most pleasant renewal process! Kind, courteous and quick! Barbara and her helper were very compassionate to everyone. CannaDoc was open, although unstaffed, without a medical certification Doc or NP. They suggested we go to Medwell. So happy I followed their advice. The facility is hands down nicer, cleaner, less cluttered, and better smelling than the CannaDoc offices. So happy to see alternative venues. Pros: Staff were nice and very informative. Was in and out quickly, no waiting. I do reccomend doing the paperwork online before hand.Cons: parking was confusing, as well as the street numbering... 610 North street is another medical facility with parking and Med well is right next store... at 644.

Overall an amazing experience! the front desk guy will was super helpful and even offered for me to contact him later on in the evening at his home if I had any issues registering with the state website. It was refreshing speaking to the doctor it seems the vast majority of the medical marijuana doctors have just excepted The medical marijuana movement and are trying to cash in however the doctor at Medwell really validated my feelings by taking me seriously. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does! Their website is extremely user-friendly not only does it tell you what documents you need to bring and how much it cost, but it also allows you to instantly book an online appointment showing all of the available appointments for a couple weeks out. I originally made an appointment with Canna care and after I already left work early and got my paperwork together they told me that there was a mistake and they had no available appointments for the remainder of that day, including the appointment time that I had booked. With that said I’m extremely happy that Canna care treated me poorly because I found medwell as a result
