I had my free initial consultation with Sheri and Dave today, and I was very impressed. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring, and their office is comfortable and pleasant. Sheri administered a thorough hearing test, and I was surprised to learn that I have severe hearing loss in certain frequencies in my right ear (No wonder my wife says I never listen!) Ill be taking the results of this test to my own doctor, and possibly trying out one of their high-tech hearing aids in a couple of weeks. I went into Crystal Clear Hearing Aids for a free hearing exam. I hadnt had a hearing test in years and wanted to make sure that my hearing was still ok. Sheri is super nice and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and stress free. Thankfully my hearing is near perfect, but I did find out that I have major wax buildup in my ears (which is probably why I end up getting ear infections when we go to the lake) and Sheri showed me how to easily get rid of the wax. The report is very detailed letting you know what frequencies and letter sounds you can and cannot hear. I highly recommend a visit to Crystal Clear Hearing Aids for anyone who thinks that they may have hearing loss.
