Was calling and getting quotes for a new windshield, The three stars are for the wonderfully kind girl who helped me on the phone. HOWEVER, unless you want to overpay, by hundreds of dollars, I would avoid! They quoted me over $500 and everyone else Ive talked to has been within $10 of $270. YIKES!!!

The entire process was flawless, from getting a quote to making an appointment. They did the job under the alloted time, giving me more of my day back. Jude was incredible, and the technicians were courteous and professional. Will be bringing my other vehicle in next!

Breaker glass did an amazing job fixing my windshield thank you they were a little pricey but they were about $100 cheaper than safelite glass

This post was for Breakers, not Safelite! Safelite wanted to charge me 3 times more than Breakers did. Outrageously expensive, go elsewhere. I wont even give a star!

Not slander a person trying to feed there family but when a person comes in for a windshield for a 98 gmc pickup . And is paying cash and you qoute me 460. And I call down the road and get quotes 260 and they came to my house to do it? Thats a problem to me . To be fair maybe was a mistake . Idk

(((Update)))I called to have my driver side door window regulator and motor warranties out on my vehicle. Breaker auto glass stated the new ones they put into my car would have a lifetime warranty.When I called I found out Safelite Bought them out. I was told the warranty would still be honored however the part takes 4-5 days. So the fast turn around next day of getting parts from Breaker is gone.Also when Safelite came out for mobile service they told me I would need to schedule a in shop appointment. I called the shop phone number and now got a call center in LA. I was told by the call center person that the Placerville location would have to call me back after she took my information and sent the shop an email.I have yet to hear back and still have a broken window regulator and motor.So let it be known that if you have a warranty on something that Breaker Auto Glass did and need that warranty honored it will take time and you will more then likely have to wait for Safelite to do things on their time.Great place with knowledgeable staff, fair prices and good products. I took a vehicle there I needed window regulators to be replaced. They did it within two hours with no issue! Great staff and I will be back! I would recommend them to my friends and family!

My windshield was collecting cracks and finally got a new chip that was spreading so it was time to replace it.Breaker Glass was great and quick to give me a quote with the correct windshield specs for my car. They were able to fit me in that afternoon. The work was done in about an hour, like they said it would be.The new windshield looks fantastic. They even re-placed my oil change sticker and Fastrak sensor. Thanks for the great work!

If you need to visit an auto glass shop your day probably isn’t going that well - but Kevin and Kathy Brown at Breaker Glass will help you make the best of a crummy situation. I recently had a side window blow out while driving down the road - shattered glass everywhere. Messaged Kevin (on a Sunday) and by 8am the next morning he had ordered the parts and set up a replacement for the same afternoon. Around a half hour in the shop and I was good to go and a very affordable price!As a bonus, the Brown family is very involved in the community and sponsors numerous charity events every year, so you know what money you do pay is staying local!

This place is wonderful! The owner even offered me a cookie while waiting. It took about an hour and the window looks amazing. Also my back door panel was duct taped on and they fixed the clips on it so I wouldn’t have to use duct tape anymore! This is the place to go when you need to replace a window! Thank you guys!

These guys were great. Needed front windshield replaced. Safelight wanted 679$ and Breakers got my out for under $350 and they got me in the day I called. Work was done in under an hour and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
