I see the negative reviews, but after leaving this pharmacy several years ago b/c of how horrible it was, and the attitudes of the employees, I came back b/c my other one started using really poor generic brands and Meijer kept the decent ones. But besides that, they really upgraded the level of service and the various techs, and even two of the pharmacists have been super kind and helpful to me over the past few years.

Always have to wait, scripts are never filled on time. Switched here out of convenience with grocery shopping but it’s more convenient to stop at the Walgreens on the way home than to wait multiple hours for my prescriptions here. It’s so ridiculous.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They don’t answer their phones, If they do answer their phones they put you on hold and typically don’t even come back to the phone, it takes them forever to get prescriptions ready! Walgreens pharmacy or Jewel Pharmacy Bolingbrook superior to this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy

Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. Called 24 hours before to have prescription filled, was told that it would be ready for me the next day to then show up with it being un-filled. The excuse? “Because they were backed up.” Don’t tell me that it’ll be done if it’s not going to be done...and wouldn’t even fill it on the spot because they were closing soon. Will never be back, don’t go here, unless you want to be forgotten and miss important needed medications.

2 stars because the staff has always been nice to me. It just averages over 3 days to fill my prescriptions and i cant order until Im almost out of my current pills so I usually end up missing pills.

Always willing to go out of their way to help . Calling for refills, looking up dosage, etc. we have been with this pharmacy for as long as they have been opened. Love the staff! Thanks!

Ive been very well treated by the pharmacist and staff every time Ive come here (for a little over two years now). Julie is especially friendly and the staff now know me when I call, which adds a personal touch I havent received from other places in the past. :)

Came to pick up my prescription, got there very short before 9 pm. 2 women were still there. They both didn’t have the decency to even come over to the window to talk. They just closed their registers, took of their coat, turned off the light and left, not a single word, they stayed away from the window and completely ignored me, very unprofessional !!!!

I mean sure they arent perfect. But Ive been going there for over 10 years. Theyre fine. We like the polish lady.

Seems like the service has gotten progressively worst over the years. Ive been using this pharmacy, from the time, they first opened. Prescriptions arent ready on time anymore, quite consistently. Pharmacists and staff dont know how to apologize, for their screw ups. I dealt with a pharmacist named, either Diane or Diana recently, shes rude and doesnt apologize.I put up with them because my wife likes their M Perks benefits. I would definitely not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Terrible. It takes so long to get a prescription filled. My dr emailed 2 over at 9:00am and at 3pm, they weren’t done. While I understand it’s cold and flu season and they’re busy...most of the work is done for them (pre-counted bottles etc) I worked as a pharmacy technician through college and we could fill a prescription in 10 minutes. What’s the problem? The only reason I used this pharmacy was for the M perks but it just isn’t worth it anymore. Here I come, CVS

Pharmacy staff extremely rude. Pharmacist Diana was absolutely not helpful. They need to learn how talk to people without the attitude. Will NEVER go to this pharmacy again.

I came to pick up a prescription and after waiting 20min they told me to pull back around, and eventually I had to leave before I got my child’s prescription. Then I came back that evening to try and pick it up, and waited in line for another hour.
