This company used to be fantastic 5 years ago when I signed a lease for a dish machine for my new restaurant - outstanding customer service etc. However, over the years customer service has deteriorated to such an extent that I have to remind them of the terms of their own contract, inform them when they are in breach of their own contract by failing to perform routine maintenance on the machine every 4 weeks in accordance with the terms of the contract, all the while paying for such service which is part of the lease agreement. I have no idea what caused such a failure of customer service with this company, but they really should be ashamed of themselves. The people who answer the phones are complete zombies.

Today I had the opportunity to speak with Ron Lacey and Ramel Curry. As I have been in this industry in NYC for the last 12 plus years, I find it worth noting their excellence in operation. They are professional and informative. Consistently they have provided great service to our franchise establishment in Green Acres. Very efficient and always bringing products, following up and giving genuine service.

In my experience i dont have to said anything wrong about since we are with Auto-Chlor Yaury is our service guy in Smac. he is very friendly and allways is on top of everything easy we give 5 stars

The company isnt bad neither is the work. But the Management is HORRIBLE. Branch 610 in Plainview is a Mickey Mouse show. The Branch Mgr. Ron Lacey is the laziest most forgetful Two faced person in that type of position. The Regional Mgr. Mike Amendola is just clueless period with anything mechanical.All work will be pushed off to next person bc again Management is LAZY you will never move up and when your told something Never Believe it. If you do get hired do what you can for yourself bc Managers will NEVER have your back. When on call you Never get a manager on the phone ( Ron Lacey) especially. Service calls will be pushed back for weeks,parts are never ordered on time, only people held accountable are the service techs managers feel they Dont Have to Do work because of their title. All they do is play solitaire on they computers all day. Oh yea starting pay is 15 an hour yet they guarantee u can make 70k a year all around that Branch is a joke Not speaking for whole company bc again like I said good job easy work HORRIBLE MANAGERS BIGGEST SNEAKIEST LIARS YOU EVER MEET.

Professional and very punctual even on emergency services calls. Amazing!
