Great food and great service. The only thing better than their lunches are their breakfasts.

Its a lovely coffee shop, and they still have talented baristas. New desserts and tasty snacks are the right additions. We paused here with my friends because we were happy to taste French Vanilla coffee. It tastes so sweet, man. You have to try!

This is a place that sort of reminds me of the tv sitcom Cheers. Wait staff and kitchen staff remember your name is not what you like to order. The breakfast and lunch menus are packed with really reasonable priced meals which taste like home cooked and give you that warmed gut feeling. Cash only but with the numbers of atms nearby its easy to eat there without the credit card.

The waitress just ruined my experience so rude I couldnt believe it I ordered a soup she bought it and then I told her I tried to catch you I wanted to order another one she didnt respond to me she didnt look at me she just took my money I paid and I was getting ready to leave and she said arent you getting your other soup I said but you didnt respond to me I thought you didnt hear me she walked away and got the soup ZERO personality not good she should be grateful that its busy she should be grateful that shes working she should be grateful for the business!

Awesome place, hidden gem for lunch breakfast or dinner

Everything was out of a can pretty much. Corn beef hash was canned and mushy, the toast was hard and had no butter barely, the French toast was orange 😑 not pork sausage or bacon, eggs werent cooked the whole way and the home fries were potatoes out of a can mashed together into a loaf and fries to a black char on the bottom. It was awful. And expensive for something 3 of us didnt even eat. Wouldnt waste money or time 👎👎👎👎👎

An absolutely lovely start to my morning. The space is clean and charming, the staff are welcoming, the menu is simple, the food came surprisingly fast and was pretty tasty. I have been looking for a little breakfast place to get eggs and a coffee, and Im glad to have found it!

It was a little hard to find for the first time. Plenty of parking in lot. As soon as i walked in I was greeted. Loved the coffee shop atmosphere and not that of a chromed out diner. Ordered the western omlette which came pretty quickly and onions and green peppers were fresh. Very attentive staff but cooled down as I almost finished. Lost 1 star for home fries being overcooked(it caught on bottom) and late on my coffee refill(was offered when cup became empty at end of meal).

I really enjoy this homey diner. My coffee cup never ran empty and I enjoyed a hearty breakfast.

Located in Plainview NY. Breakfast was OK, not great. Lunch was better. Home fries always burnt on bottom.Space is clean and pleasant, staff are welcoming, the menu simple. I look forward to go back. Id give it a 3 and a half star.

Ive been going to the Center Coffee shop since I was 13 years old. (Im 55 now!) I love in the area and I want to live this place.. But its barely ok.. I never love my dish.. Last week we ordered omlete which were flat and boring.. Usually when you order omletes, you wonder how they get so light and fluffy. Not here.. Waitress was sweet.. We had a family standing over us waiting for us to get up which was annoying. Will never be my favorite but good for convenience when youre in the Plainview Shopping Center.

I ran in for quick cup of coffee to go while there I have to say there was some delicious odors from various people eating their breakfast it was quite crowded look like a very popular place for breakfast the staff was very friendly I will be going back to try their food it did look and smell very good Im Definitely going to give It a Try
