Ordered a twister with twist soft serve and chocolate caramel cup ice. They didn’t have the ice and they claimed they called me but the call didn’t go through.. I had my phone waiting since I knew they were out of so many flavors but was unsure of this one in particular. They used chocolate ice and added caramel sauce. Then I also asked for twist soft serve and all they gave me was chocolate and they claimed it didn’t say twist on the order, but on the print out copy they stapled to the bag it very clearly says twist. Will not be ordering again from this location.

Ralphs is good, but running out of flavors this season. Service has always been good, the kids work hard. And when they have all the flavors theyre an A+

This Ralphs location closes over an hour before they are supposed to, almost every night. I have gone there 4 different times within the month and they were closed at 10pm and refused to serve us while employees were still in the store. I have called as well, to clarify what their hours are and they said 10:30. I went there at 9:45 one night and they had already closed the window. I mean like cmon

Love this place!!! My best friends and I have made it a part of our beach day routine. Its the perfect ending to wonderful summer day. The intricate flavors, and wonderful combinations, make Ralphs exceptional and unique!!!

We stood in line for 20 minutes in 100° weather and I would do it again. This is the best ice cream. The staff always seem friendly.

We stopped in for a quick cone. Had to try Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices! My waif had the Tutti Frutti and I had the Savanna Socialite. Mine was good, but overly sweet such that it was hard to discern the quality of the flavors. But the Tutti Frutti was very good and unusual. I would recommend the Tutti Frutti and perhaps skip some of the others??

Id give this place 5 stars but they are often out of many flavors. Either they are really popular or they just dont bother. When I do get the flavors I prefer, this place is a great spot.

Ices are good. Prices not so much. They have a fair share of different flavors, but their prices for higher and higher each year. If you have spare cash, they are good for a visit. Typically employ college kids - some quick and friendly, some would rather be sleeping by themselves. Try the brownie fudge - VERY chocolatey - like a dark chocolate with chunks of brownie

Summer means Ralphs Famous Ices. We never get the frozen custard because the ices are so good. It is alway worth waiting for

Got the 3 quart special for $22.95. The coconut ice is AMAZING. The best Ive ever tasted. Maybe better than what my mother used to make when we were kids.

I missed Long Island Italian Ice so so much. They really dont have it anywhere else.It was sooo good. It was my child hood all at once. They had so many delicious sounding ices and I went straight for a Rainbow Italian Ice. I also ordered a Vanilla Milkshake which was great. Their prices arent horrifying and the service was pleasant and quick. The young lady had a bit of a line and busted us all out double quick with a smile.

My kids love to go to Ralphs. I dont like the lemon ice so I gave it a 4 star, but my chilren love the fruity ice flavors and they give lots of samples for kids to try and find flavor they like.

Born and raised in Philly I thought I knew a thing or 2 about water ice. Growing up near the original Ritas water ice I though I was lucky. After finding Ralphs I am embarrassed to think Ritas is a good representation of water ice. Ralphs is King and if you are anywhere close to one of these places, there are a bunch in L.I, stop in and try everything! I sadly stopped enjoying water because I was over the basic-ness of Ritas, Ralphs fixed all that.

Possibly the best Italian Ice in America. A national treasure.

Great Ice, reminds me of when I was a little kid. Wed go to Ralphs at least once a week and I loved it. Gets a little busy sometimes, though.

This place is great. I can not get enough of their water ices. The 🍒[cherry] is amazing. it is THE prototypical cherry ice that all other ices desperately aspire, but fail. One can simply not just copy perfection. Ok, their creme ices (between just us, we can call it 🍨 [icecream]) are just unbelievably good. There is a creme ice *wink**wink* so much like Ben and Jerrys Cherry Garcia that honestly you should find a seat before your first bite. You could faint, or you know, other things.All jokes aside, Ralphs has some of the best ices. Ive enjoyed their ices in times when eating real food wasnt an option. Like when sick. Water ices are so easy on my gut. Colonoscopy prep? Can only eat clear liquids avoiding certain colors? Have a water ice! #crohnsknowledge

Little bit of a line when its hot out but so worth the wait. But despite the line the staffs ill moves very fast its just very popular.

Ordered for the whole family, everyone got their ices except me. On further review, thwy also didnt charge for my cup so at least I didnt have to drive back. Seems to be a no-pants policy as the store uniform is spandex underpants, I may have been overdressed.

The only downside is they are closed during winter.We still want the ices and we love the cartoon lemon head man!

Was confuse and thought that cream ice and ice cream are the same. Bought cream ice and expected ice cream *cry*Not bad for ice but you can feel chemical taste in pistachio flavor.
